Peter is extremely rude and unprofessional. Charged an extra $5 because I wanted coffin shape which is fine, however what he attempted was NOTHING close to the shape I wanted. He does not know how to do nails. A nail tech should be versatile and skilled. He also uses way too much acrylic which results in chunky and bulky nails. I got a full set and the design is not what I wanted and worse of all the nails they used were too big and he did the acrylic really think. So my nails are really wide and really thick! They are actually a decent length but they look stubby because of how wide and thick they are. The guy who did my nails had a women (Nancy) take over because he couldn't do a heart and she was saying something about my nails and even took a picture of the worse one on her phone! I think she kn...ew how bad he messed my nails up! I wish I could attach a picture. Will try to on their wall with this comment. I've literally never had such an awful looking pedi. It was very relaxing, so if you don't care how your toes look after, then I recommend. Paint is lumpy, doesn't cover my whole nail in spots and is on my cuticle in others and my toe nails are uneven and not filed properly. I love when either Peter or Nancy (the owners) do my gel fingernails, which has been about 10 years. The nails stay on forever and I only have to get them redone because they grow out. I always get clear with off white tips and get many many compliments. Read Less

Not very professional to continuously answer your phone and hold conversations while providing a service. I asked for her to finish when she got off the phone which she hung up for about 2 minutes and took the next call and held another conversation as she motioned me with hand signals to avoid interrupting her conversation. I'm new to getting my nails done and my daughter took me to Model Nails and I love them. I go faithfully every few weeks to get my manicures and eyebrows done! Wonderful family business! Been coming to this family for 15 years where ever they had a shop! They always do an amazing job on my nails and toes and eyebrows! 1st time here and I was very pleased, which is saying a lot because I'm very picky! I did a gel mani and basic pedi. Tech was very attentive and precise. My legs and feet are super soft and smooth! Tech even triple coated my polishes! Definitely worth $60. I'll definitely be back! Read Less

Worst and most expensive pedicure I've ever had. Place was dirty, no customer interaction & they barely even pumiced my feet. Did not use toe spacers when painting my toes and they got messed up a bunch of times. Terrible pedicure for $30. I would not recommend this place for any service. One of my friends is a regular customer at AC Nails. One time I asked her where she did her nails because they always look amazing. So she booked appointments for both of us last week. My first time here and I really enjoyed their services, we both had manicure and pedicure beautifully done! Thanks for the experience, we had awesome girls date here. My daughter (4 year old) and I came in for a pedicure and manicure this morning.  We came in at 11:15 and they asked us to come back in 30 min.  We walked next door and returned 30 min later.  Upon return we politely waited another 10-15 min...they took walk-ins as we sat there.  Finally I was seated directly next to another person and my daughter had to sit on my lap as there were four chairs open on the other side of the person they sat us next to.. we sat and waited another 45 minutes.. as they continued to help multiple other people that walked in to the nail salon.. finally at 12:45 I had to tell them we could no longer wait and I did not want their services.  Instead of providing good customer service and offering us a discount for some sort of a gift card... they let us walk out.  Clearly they did not want to service me.  This was the saddest pedicure experience I've ever had.. My mom and I will not be here again. I did the 40$ pedicure one up from the basic one which was $30, I sat there for 45 minutes with my feet in the water waiting just for the pedicure to literally lasted 10 minutes... no leg run no nothing besides a nasty smelling lotion, the women doing my pedicure was to busy talking and continued to make my toes bleed and their website has way different prices then they charge inside. I went back to get my nail fixed after getting them filled my gel was raising and my polish was smudged! After paying for chrome nails was very disappointed bc they were not chrome looks like regular polish..First time costumer worst UNPROFESSIONAL experience I've ever had at a nail shop the owners are very rude! The lady owner was yelling across the shop trying to argue with me. I was told by other owner she put 200k in shop & "you ppl" always come in acting up! I've went to Model Nails for years to get acrylics before I started doing my own. Needless to say, I don't appreciate anyones acrylic application in the Harford County area. But They were ok...Anyways I went here today for a pedi ONLY because my girls wanted to...The girl doing my pedi was kind but the lady over her was pretty rude.. A total waste of time. Waited patiently for almost two (2) hours for a polish change. Moved from several chairs to accommodate other customers that were paying more money for additional services. Hector (male owner) provided poor service by rushing and failing to meet the basic standards. Removing excess polish to create a tip, clear coat, etc.This action is the norm when the nail salon is "full". You can count on at least 1-2 customer receiving poor service. After waiting t...he extended period of time I asked for the polish to be removed and to my surprise Hector shook his head and asked " What are you going to pay me?". Taken back by the rude comment I responded with "For what?". The female owner interjected and removed herself from a customer and finished polishing my toes poorly. I needed a urgent fill and pedi. I got there right when they opened with no appointment... No problem, cuz they took me right in. Simple to say I was in and out in 1 hours with a Fill & Pedi. The service is beyond great and the salon looks really cute, clean and well maintain. I will definitely take the drive again. This time around I will make sure to make an appointment because the lady who does the fills has amazing talent when it comes to designing your nails. I went in today to get an eyebrow wax, because the place I normally go was closed. The first bit of wax was so hot I jumped, and when I told the women she scolded me for moving saying I would make her mess up. The waxing was painful. When I got in my car I realized that my skin had been burnt off on both eyelids and I was bleeding. When I went back in the woman tried to take me back to the waxing room.
