I finally found a awesome nail salon I moved to nh 2years ago been to 5 nail salons and finally got me the best Kyle was so nice and funny he fixed my nails I had them done a week ago one broke off in 2 days they were a mess and Kyle took them off pain free put new ones on . Nail Creations is amazing!!! My nail design I specifically wanted was very complicated and they did such a wonderful job!!! They are awesome! My first time there was in 2008 and I loved it ever since. I moved from Maine but it's so worth it to drive there to get manicure done much more professionally than at any other place! I have been a client at Nail Creations for almost 9 years. As someone who has had problems with my nails prior to going to Nail Creations I can state with confidence that there is no better place to go. I travel year round from my home in NH to Maine to have my nails done. Kyle is extremely knowledgeable about the latest trends and more importantly the various issues that can affect the health of your nails. Very poor service and atmosphere. The man who did my nails was very rough and the nails ended up looking very poor. The salon area is very crowded with chairs and the smell is unbearable. Definitely needs better ventilation and friendlier service. Read Less

This place gets two stars for the end quality of my nails but everything else....I walked in and waited 5 mins before a women yelled at me from one of the tables. This place was not busy, I told her I wanted a gel full set. She walked back to a group of guys that were standing around and after a few mins one of them finally came and brought me back to his table. He was nice enough and didn't say much which is pretty typical. All of the guys in the back were watching a football game and gambling playing some type of card game. There was old food dishes on the table next to me and on further inspections of the stations I cringed at the lack of cleaning they do. My guy ended up giving me a gel manicure instead of a full set but I didn't try to stop him because I just wanted to get out quickly. My nails turned out decent, It has potential but needs some big changes.I honestly would not recommend this place to anyone. Read Less

I am so glad I found this place.  The service is great.  I have been twice now and both times my nails came out perfect.  I can finally go 3 weeks before I need a fill - and my nails will look great... well longer but no chips, fading or breaking.  Kyle took the time to explain what was going on with my nails - he was both professional and friendly! I started coming here in the spring and I have always enjoyed each service. Kyle does and amazing job with acrylic nails and listens to just what I want perfect every time! I have had a few fills from other staff they lasted and been great, his staff is always friendly. Sometimes it can get very busy so I recommend calling ahead! Read Less

I went in for s manicure.  The lady who did my nails didn't understand English, which ordinarily isn't much of s problem.  I said the nails on my left hand were too long and I wanted them trimmed to the samelength as the right.  She didn't understand and filed them down way too much.She didn't understand that I wanted a light pink, the color they use for French manicures. Totally misconstrued what I wanted and 2 of the guys who work there had to translate.  I finally was done and within an hour my nail polish was shriveling up.  My guess is she used an old polish.  I went back today to have them fix it, which they willingly did.  A few hours later the polish was wrinkling up again. I've been getting my acrylic nails done at Nail Creation for the last few months and they do a really great job! So far I've had 3 different employees fill my nails and they've all been good. I came to nail creation after getting my acrylics somewhere else but they didn't come out how I wanted so I came to nail creation to have them fixed and I've been returning ever since. Read Less

Awful service here last weekend. Called for a 10am appointment for two people. Arrived and then go no attention until 10:20. I was getting a manicure and my friend was getting a pedicure. At 10:20 my friend was seated in a pedicure chair to soak and at 10:40 hadn't had anyone start the pedicure so dried off and left. I stayed to get my manicure which was good quality but it shouldn't take an hour and a half to get a manicure. I liked my technician but found the man in charge rude and not mindful of the customer experience. Although happy with my nails, the service was just absolutely terrible. I will not be returning. Lovely, clean, relaxing salon with kind & friendly staff.   I didn't have an appt - I walked in and was seated at a nail station within 15min.  There were 4 gals in the pedi-bubble seats, they looked very relaxed & comfortable.  I got the gel/shellac French mani - a week later it still looks nice & fresh!  Thanks Nail Creation for glamming up my Maine escape weekend!  :-) Read Less

My friend was getting married in Maine, about an hour from where we live. She made an appointment for 3 PM (for the day before the wedding) for 3 of us to get manicures and one mani/pedi. We arrived promptly at 3 and they were definitely busy, but we assumed that because we had an appointment - and because they knew this was for the bridal party - they would take care of us. We sat within three feet of the owner and watched as they took walk-ins and other parties of 2,3, 4 people - but not us. He kept saying he wanted us all to get manicures at the same time, but seeing as the shop was full and there were only three people working at the time, that was impossible.Long (and incredibly frustrating!!) story short - we finally left, at 5 PM, with the brides mani/pedi done and some polish thrown onto a junior bridesmaids hands. I never even got my nails done because there wasn't time!!! The owner couldn't have cared less and was incredibly rude - he had the balls to try to charge $17 for putting polish onto the 9 year old junior bridesmaid (I was sitting right next to her and saw that he soaked her hands, pushed her cuticles back and took 30 seconds to put polish on!). And, after all that? The bride's nails turned out HORRIBLY. The polish rubbed off, the pedicure looked sloppy...Nail Creations was the worst experience I have ever had with a nail salon. My mother happens to be a realtor who is local to the town and she is spreading the word about how awful this place was, too!! Do NOT go in there if you value your money, time or sanity! Read Less
