So relaxing!! The pedicure was amazing. Only down side is they have a terrible terrible nail polish selection. Very dull colors all by OPI. Little upset they didn't have much to choose from but overall it was a very relaxing experience. Read Less

I had the best experience today at The Nail Spa! The salon is very clean and quiet inside. My manicurist, Tom, did a fantastic job on my manicure and pedicure. He was so friendly and kind, I would highly recommend him to everyone. The manicurist who did my friend's nails went above and beyond and painted beautiful stars and seashells for her Maine vacation. This is such a wonderful nail salon and I cannot wait to visit again! Read Less

Staff was amazing and super duper friendly. Everybody was in great spirits, and so was the clientele! This place really feels like home--warm and inviting. It's clear they care about their customers and staff. It's very nicely decorated, and the seats are more than comfortable. If you need your nails done and a bit of TLC to go with it, come here!! Despite what the sign says "walk in's" are NOT welcome. Well, maybe it depends what type of "walk-in" you are. Turned away today 2 hours before closing because I didn't have an appointment. The salon was not busy at all with maybe 3 clients and 4 staff members visible. I will happily take my money elsewhere. Read Less

I have been going to Thao for about 4 months now.  She is absolutely sweet and does a fantastic job.  The salon is very clean and nicely decorated.  I can see why she has so many repeat clients!  I had one of my acrylics break off (my own fault while camping) and she was able to have me in without an appointment on a busy Saturday to make the repair.  I high recommend Thao! This place was amazing! We have been coming to Kennebunkport on vacation from New Jersey every year and have never been able to find a great nail place. We drove a little further into Kennebunk and found The Nail Spa. Everything was super clean and sanitary which we loved.  It was $45 for a manicure & pedicure and well worth it. It has a great ambiance and comfortable mani and pedi chairs. I am a runner and often have callouses and blisters on my feet - the lady who gave me my pedicure (completely forgot to get her name or else I would recommend her here) did an amazing job "detailing" my feet and they look great now. Thao and Cindy were amazing. My husband called at 5:15 on a Sunday to see if they might be able to squeeze me in for a mani/pedi. We got there at 5:30 and they were both so accommodating and sweet- never made me feel rushed at all (they close at 6 on Sundays). Thao saw that I'd had a previous "fake shellac" manicure at a different place that did a number on my nails- she fixed each nail individually (which was very time consuming) and then gave me an awesome OPI shellac manicure. Cindy and Thao both worked on my feet and I think it's the best pedicure I've ever had. I mentioned wanting to come back on Monday for a brow wax but Thao changed her dinner reservation to stay even later and give me the wax- unbelievable! We were on vacation in Kennebunkport..I can't wait to go back, and one of the reasons is this place. They were so skilled, professional and sweet and the salon itself was bright, airy, and spotless.
