There's never any appointments when I want to make one, and the wait is ALWAYS ridiculous. Yea they do good nails, but if you don't have 3 or more hours then don't bother.

Put my name on the list and customers came in after me that were clearly regulars and signed in. I was literally overlooked and they took their "regulars" before me. This was after I had been sitting there for an hour and 10 mins. I'll take my $ for a full gel set somewhere else.

Awesome place! When I moved to this area 7+ years ago, I was still driving all the way back to my original nail salon which was out of the way but they knew what I liked. I decided that it was time to find something closer and tried several places around the area. Was not impressed. I then found myself at regal nails and Sue and Emily. They are AMAZING have tried some of the other techs and they were good but they were not Sue or Emily. Reasonable prices, very creative and accommodating. Definitely recommend these 2 techs!

Horrible customer service does not make up for having skill. They let me sit for 45 mins with no knowledge of the wait time telling me they would be right with me and when I had called the morning of and asked if there was any appointments they said they were not doing appointments today. Then proceeded to take a woman in front of me because she had an appointment . The least they could have done was let me know that they wouldn't be able to get to me until later so that I could have not wasted my so much time waiting for nothing

I have been going here every 2-3 weeks to get my fills for acrylics. They have never fallen off and they don't hurt after I get them which is a plus. They are definitely my favorite.

Horrible salon! Do not waste your $. Dirty environment, witnessed a technician use dirty tools on 2 people getting a pedicure, and extremely over priced for the quality they produce. The male that works here is so unprofessional and lacks customer service skills. Constantly looked at his phone and watched TV while giving me a pedicure. Made me very uncomfortable. I will not go back. Also, this salon is inside a walmart.

T her first time I went here I had sue. She's amazing. Her niece Selena is good. But I haven't really found anyone else there that I like. Seems like anyone else I get my nails pop off before the 2 weeks is up. With sue they last over 2 weeks. Currently it's been 3 weeks and I have 4 of 10 nails left.

Great pricing, shellac removal and shellac manicure was only $15! My nail technician was very friendly, as were the others in the salon and made me feel very comfortable. Definitely will be returning!

I have been going to this salon for over a year now. My favorite nail technician is Sue who does wonderful designs. Her sister and brother in-law also work there. Anyone you get would be good. The prices are unbeatable. They do speak english. I go for fills and nail designs and an occassional pedicure there and I have never been disappointed. A fill is about $18, and a simple nail design is $3, whereas a detailed design is $8 approx. They have many OPI polishes to choose from. For best service, make an appointment but they do take walk-ins and get a lot of them since they are in Walmart. I am in Maine during winter months, and travel to Regal Nails from Wells to Biddeford every 2 weeks.

Awesome place! When I moved to this area 7+ years ago, I was still driving all the way back to my original nail salon which was out of the way but they knew what I liked. I decided that it was time to find something closer and tried several places around the area. Was not impressed. I then found myself at regal nails and Sue and Emily. They let me sit for 45 mins with no knowledge of the wait time telling me they would be right with me and when I had called the morning of and asked if there was any appointments they said they were not doing appointments today. Then proceeded to take a woman in front of me because she had an appointment .
