I'm not from the area, but needed a pedicure badly because I am on vacation. Sloppy polish job, barely touched my calluses or cuticles, and I still gave the woman a 20% tip only because I was feeling generous. I have experience in the nail business/industry.The woman spent more time taking the old polish off my toes rather than doing a good polish job. I'm disappointed that I got a pedicure that came out terribly.I would have better luck polishing my own toes with nail polish from CVS. Read Less

This is the second time I've been here. The first time was two years ago.  The girl I ended up with was really attentive and focused but REALLY slow. The only complaint I have is that they don't do it like they do In CA where if you get a mani and pedi. They do you at the same time. So Instead of one hour it was two. Gel nail polish is nice, but didn;t go down to the cuticle enough, so they look grown out after a few days. The pedicure also didn't scrub my heels as well, so those look undone.  Great on the actual toes (for polishing, cleaning, and cuticle cutting). However, they skipped the cuticle cut for my finger nails.  Just average. Read Less

Had appointment at 10:30 and they never started my nails until 1110. Plus showed her nail art and it doesn't look anything like what I showed her. ( I did request the purple and know my nails are shorter but still think she could have gotten a little closer to what I wanted) Read Less

I came in town from New Jersey and decided to get a gel manicure at First Class. I had been here one time before and was satisfied, but my gel started chipping and peeling on day 3 and I had to remove them on day 10. Disappointed as my last three manicures in NJ have lasted 3 weeks :( I love that they have a ten day policy to return for chips, but being out of state that wasn't an option for me. Read Less

I love this nail salon! Jen is the best! I've been to about 5 others between biddeford and Sanford, & I'm staying with #FirstClassNailandSpa I get my nails done a couple times a month & they're always perfect. They are VERY busy so I recommend making an appointment, but they also usually can take walk ins. They always offer to fix anything if you're not satisfied. Read Less

I'm a manly man. I've never been to a nail place. I went with my daughter and my best friend and decided to try a pedicure while I waited. The staff are great and they have a good rapport with the customers because everyone in the place was smiling and having a ball. I now have pretty feet that feel great. Read Less

My go to salon. Always friendly and accurate. The technicians don't get attitudes when you ask them to file your nails this way or that. I always see the employees cleaning their equipment. I always feel welcomed and relaxed. The only downfall is that they get so busy sometimes, I have to come back on a different day. Would highly recommend. Read Less

Excellent job and attention to detail. I had nail tech Vin and he was very nice and professional. The place is clean all the techs introduce themselves and are personable. They have a lot of repeat clients who are happy with their service. They take turns doing manicures and pedicures and focus on your when you arrive instead of trying to get your through as quick as possible. Prices are similar to other places. I had a supreme spa pedicure only one step up from the basic and my feet where massaged and pampered for 55 minutes. I would defiantly recommend this place and will return again! Read Less

New owner is very good at training her techs not to just rush and run the risk of a sloppy job. Many salons I have been to are more concerned with serving as many customers as possible and they do a poor quality job.  First Class Nail even guarantees their work and will fix chips in the first 10 days without a hassle.  The atmosphere is friendly and professional.   I had an issue with a chip on day 4 and I went back and she ended up re-doing all of my nails for free.   I found out that they do take (and honor) their appointments.  They can get a bit busy so booking ahead is a good idea.   I have tried many of the other local nail salons and have found this one the best. Went to get a Mani/pedi for my wife and I. The service was rushed and sloppy for both of us, they even made us bleed. The manager asked us to COME BACK ON A DIFFERENT DAY so they could fix and refused to refund. Read Less

Been here a handful of times hoping it will be different but it's always the same, if there is a good tech I haven't got him/her. The last time I went they took 15minutes to tell me to come back the next day...I did not.
