I Will Never return! Had been going to this nail shop for over a year, mainly pedicure which was great, BUT I start to notice nail polishes appeared dried out and old( looking at rim of polish with excessive amount of dried product) but bottle almost full because they have added solution to make it last longer. I just left this nail salon without being serviced because I was told by a nail tech that they were too busy. Now that would be understandable if the establishment were closing within the next 15-30 minutes, however, it was one hour and 15 minutes until their expected closing time. Disappointing! I think they were really awesome a couple of years ago, but have greatly declined. I think what summed up my bad experience today was the side of my toenail was cut, yes, the part you don't cut. Quite a ways down my left big toe and to a smaller degree my right big toe. I don't know if she over cut & pulled that tissue, or what. When I jumped, she put pressure on that toe as it bled. Not fun, leaving from your pedi with sore toes. I basically came home and put neosporin & bandaids on both. Wasn't just my tech, my husband said his little toe was overcut, too. YIKES don't waste your money. They cut all my nails off with out even asking! The worst nail job i've ever had! The acrylic was lumpy and way to wide ! I complained and pretty much just got blank stares. WILL NEVER GO BACK!!! Read Less

I got a Pedi on yesterday which was great, but my toes were not shaped evenly. The polish peeled off the next day on one of my toes. The good thing about this shop is they have plenty of workers. Overall, I will not be going here again. Read Less

The hours on the door of the nail salon say that they open at 9:00, no one showed up until 9:15 and one person got started on me while the rest of the employees got the salon ready for the day. When I left at 10, the salon was still not fully ready for customers. My manicure and pedicure were fine but not great and two of my fingers were cut during the manicure to the point of bleeding. There are better nail salons in Zachary that don't cost as much. Read Less

Took my mom for Mother's Day and it was awful! They didn't even ask if she wanted nails cut before he started cutting and he cut so much and kept cutting that they was in the quick and hurting her! I took her back later that day to show them what they did after I saw and no one could speak English to understand and when found someone who 1/2 way understood all they did was put Vasoline and said "they grow back in few days". I told them didn't expect refund but just a credit would be nice but they weren't even willing so they lost us as customers for good. They just rush you through, they don't seem to care what your nails look like when you leave, unfriendly staff! I left this nail salon with a big brown line running through one of my nails bc I had chipped it and instead of soaking it off they just ran their drill over it made it deeper and filled it like normal, very careless Read Less
