This place used to be okay before the owner moved to this location. I say okay because they still weren't great, but they are conveniently located and open on Sundays. I went in for a simple service. I wanted my fake nails soaked off and a manicure with regular polish. I don't even know where to start on the terrible service. The technician used the diamond file to speed along the process of removing my fake nails instead of letting them soak to peel off. Because of this 2 of my real nails are as thin as tissue. I would understand if it were all of them but that leads me to think that she didn't get all of the acrylic off either. The surface of my nails looks ridiculous. She barely buffed the tops so they're rippled and wavy. She accidently cut into one if my nails so it's splitting down the middle. She never stopped to brush the nail shavings of of my hands and proceeded to put lotion over all of that and rub it in as if she had done me a favor. The upside is that it can be counted as an exfoliant. It was hell to wash off at the sink because of this. She polished my nails so quickly that the polish didn't have time to dry between coats and it looks beyond sloppy. I could have gotten the 6 year old sitting next to me to do a better job. I think that I've seen the young lady that did my nails get fussed at by another customer a previous time when I went there with my mom. This was the last straw. I won't ever be back. Read Less
