Worst place I've ever been. So very very rude. They did an awful job cut my fingers and toes all up and when went back to get them to fix my nails that were all uneven and u could see the fake nail nail they glued on it look so bad. They talked to me like i was stupid and never had my nails done before, and said that how gel nails look on my finger type. What? I was get gel nails they never looked like that. Didn't paint nails like I wanted. Is well over price for there services and attitude. They talked to each other in Chinese the whole time and was about me I told them that was very rude, I don't recommend going to them it's a waste of money. They hardly have any colors to choice from and dont do designs. They argued with me for an hour that I was in the wrong they were right and nails didn t look bad or we not uneven not good business like. When the owner finally got there they still kept running there mouths and she half way fixed it but it still looked so bad I couldn't have just tips painted like I wanted, which I payed extra for, so had to paint whole nail. Lindi’s is the best nail shop in Youngsville. The facility is always clean, the staff is friendly, and the owner (Lindi) strives for customer satisfaction in all areas. Plus, Corner Bar is right next door. Grab a drink and head over to relax for an hour or two. You can’t beat that!Read Less

I honestly have no idea how they are still in business! I try to give them the benefit of the doubt, but I leave angry every single time. I got my shellac and a manicure done 5 days ago and my shellac is already peeling off. The girl never asked if I wanted to file down or cut, she simply took it upon herself to clip all of my nails. She never asked what shape I wanted so I brought it up. For my manicure, I had to ask her to keep going back to fingers because she was half-assing everything! I refuse to go anywhere else! I’m such a perfectionist and typically I either leave unhappy with my nails or have to tell them how to do it right. But not here! I never leave Lindy’s Nails unhappy. Lindy and her team always make sure I get exactly what I want (without making me feel bad about it) and always achieve perfection. It’s very rare finding a place that understands how to make acrylic look seamless, clean, and even. ****CHARGED MY VISA MOTE THAN I SIGNED OFF ON- I EVEN WROTE THE AMOUNT OVER THE TIP BECAUSE I GAVE HER $10 CASH) *****COST ME $70.00 TOTAL I just moved to youngsville a few months ago and tried a place closer to my home. The service I had was bad, the young girl had a horrible attitude, I was never rude. She put only cold water several times and then laughed about it when I asked her to change to warm. She kept talking to the two girls next to her and half way doing my pedicure, it was really bad- I am not an exaggerator. ******BUT NONE IF THAT COMPARES TO HER CHARGING MY VISA ACCOUNT MORE THAN WHAT I SIGNED!! ***** I WILL BE REPORTING THEM TO THE BBB AND BANK. THE COST SHE TOLD ME WAS $50 for a pedicure and horrible buff job on my nails, she used an electric buffer that is used on acrylic nails not real nails! $50 for a pedicure and just a buff on my nails was higher than all the other places I have been anywhere. I ALSO GAVE HER A CASH TIP OF $10-10% which is a standard tip even though she was the worst person I have ever had before n the last 30 years of getting my nails done- it was Christmas Eve and I thought maybe she was having an off day- but obviously she is just not a good person. I took my daughter there to get a French full set and after waiting for nearly an hour which was only suppose to be a "few minutes " it was finally our turn. First she put the wrong nails on after we repeatedly said white tips then gets frustrated with my daughter and says she should of told her. Then she puts the nails to low and when I tell her we didn't want that much tip on she says its to late we should of told them that before and we would just have to let them grow out.... I told her no that we are paying and that's not what is wanted and she says well they will just take them off and that's it. I told her that is fine and we can go somewhere else. Then she continues to talk over me and about us to a customer about how what we want is a bad idea. My husband and I went for pedicures, and I called in really early to find out they don't do appointments unless there are 5 people. We walked in around 1 and I wanted to get our pedicures done together (his first one and my birthday). I was assured they could get us both, so we sat down and someone started on him. After a few minutes, I realized that I wasn't going to be taken care of until he was done, but he was too far in to leave. After about 40 minutes, my feet now in fr...eezing cold water, the girl working on him went to the back. I was about to get up and leave, but the other girl there who had just got done with her other customer went to the back, came out right away and started on me. She said, "She went to go eat lunch." I understand if she needed to eat, but at least tell me I'm going to wait an hour and then my husband's going to have to wait on me. The girl who did my nails was so sweet and did such an awesome job. She reheated my water and all was great. My husband had to leave and come back to get me because of how much time it was taking, but my nails looked great.
