Was very unhappy when I left this place. Paid 70 dollars when I Walked out! They charged me 10 dollars to rip off my nails instead of soaking them like I asked because they said its quicker. She rapidly put some plastic nails on me and two were crooked. I was then seated with someone else because she was leaving yet stayed all the way to the end til my bill was paid. I told the "new" lady that two of my nails are crooked please fix them it will drive me crazy. She says no worries I take care you, I'm not like them" she doesn't take it off and straighten it she thinks she can fix it with the acrylic. They charge way too much just for one little easy detail that I can do myself or other nail shops can do for less.. It makes no sense to call it “easy money” when all they do is charge more for something small. That’s just being lazy. paid extra for a deluxe pedicure and it was totally not worth it.  At no point did the technician have me soak my feet.  She went straight into the pedicure.  On multiple occasions while cutting she  caused pain  and I had to ask her to stop what she was doing (I am still sore 24 hours later and one toe is very red so possibly infected).  The hot towels and massage which was considered the deluxe lasted maybe 2 minutes.  Will never go back and if asked will discourage others from going here. I decided to give it a try since I heard great reviews about this place. O-M-G! Money wasted. The moment I saw my nails, I wanted it off asap! Wasted $69 with tip to have it on my hands and feet for less than 5 hours to go to another salon and have it redone. NEVER AGAIN. Read Less

I've been to many nail salons and have almost always been disappointed with the acrylic nails. However, Diem work wonders! I'm in love with my nails and I can't stop looking at them. Usually, I get the tapered in nails also known as the ballerina/coffin set. But today I decided to go with the squared shape. It was $25, which is reasonably priced. The staff seems to be very friendly. They keep the work area relatively clean. I really like this place, hence the 5 star rating. Read Less

They cut 2 of my toes during my pedicure. They bled and throbbed all night. I went back the next day and the lady told me I'm just sensitive put alcohol on them. I get my feet done about once a month and I've never had that happen to me before. Haven't gone back since! Read Less

It's love! I will never get a wax, mani or pedi anywhere else! Not sure about the previous problems people have had here, but my experience was wonderful! Beautiful on the inside and out. Very nice, clean and spacious! Beautiful fixtures and adorable pedi chairs for the little ones! Also one of the best color selections for gel polish I've seen. Absolutely wonderful staff, A+ all around. The girl who did my was TOOK HER TIME (something I appreciate) and was super sweet. She did my manicure as well which she also did perfect. My sister treated me to a pedicure here for my birthday. Service was good they offered us complimentary refreshments. I loved their massage chairs cuz i was paying to get my feet done but it felt like a back and neck massage too. I like they had large tv screens overhead. I got to watch dr oz. I dont get mani and pedi often so this is the first store ive seen that had kid chairs for the lil divas and princesses in your family that like to get pampered.The decor of this is very colorful seems like each wall is painted a different color and no lighting fixture the same.
