Today was a nightmare at the salon. We've gone here before and not had a problem, today not so much. There was 3 nail technicians doing nails and I sat for over 2.5 hrs waiting to get a fill in. Upon walking in they gave no notification that they were running behind so I sat down not realizing that most of the people sitting at the nail stations had not been helped. Once the tech approached me to do my nails she took my polish off then someone walked in wanting a wax done so she stopped helping me to go do the wax. At this point I seriously thought about and should have just walked out but I stayed at which point another nail tech, a man this time came to start the process of doing my nails. I brought my own polish which was a glitter polish which I know was see through with blue and silver flecks of glitter because this was what I wanted. The male nail tech then told me I needed to put a color underneath, I DID NOT want a color underneath but he was not satisfied with that so he pushed until I caved and got a color (blue) that HE chose NOT ME! Had I been able to chose the under color I would've chosen a nude color because I DID NOT want solid blue nails, if I had wanted blue polish I would have chosen blue when I was asked about a color. They're excuse for the wait was that "it's tax time right now so we busy", how about y'all are usually busy so you were just under staffed for a Saturday. I am very unhappy with the service I received today as well as the way my bails turned out. Once I got home I notice a gap between where the acrylic is and where my cuticle is at my nail bed. The salon was very clean and the prices were reasonable. My experience getting a pedicure- The tech that did my pedicure seemed like she did not want to touch my feet, the usual foot massage or foot rub is not included with the pedicure. Other than that I was very satisfied with my pedi. My experience with my manicure-I asked the tech for square round, but she gave me square. After asking 3xs for them to be rounded I just gave up. It definitely could have been filed down more. I also asked for very short nails but they were longer than what I asked for... but no biggie.  I found that the nails looked very bulky & thick. The Tech glued the fake nail to my skin and when I asked her to detach it from my skin she seemed puzzled ( I got my real nails cut very low, so this is probably why that happened). There was lots of product build up under my nails hay the Tech did not try to clean up, I ended up going home and doing it myself . After getting the fake nails applied I sat and waited 10 mins before the overlay was applied to the nails. No explanation for why I waited the tech just got up and walked away, came back 10 mins later . While I sat waiting I repeatedly asked if I could pay and the Tech said no. I thought that was strange most places let you pay before your nails are polished ... but again no biggie. Overall- I thought this was a good spot. I would go back to get a pedicure but probably not a an acrylic full set. This would be my back up spot if I couldnt get an appt with my usual salon. I went to this location at 5:30 on a Monday and left at 7:00 I thought that was long for a mani and pedi when there were no other customers in the salon. It also seems that the Techs that worked there became tiresome or lazy during the time I was there, probably because it was close to closing time. For example, I asked the Tech if she had any nude colors for my Skin tone and she told me to go and look for a color. Instead of assisting me or offering help. But again that's no biggie. I'm just used to going to a salon where the service is a bit different. Oh and there was not a large selection of colors to choose from.  Very little OPI and no Essie selections. I think with more color selections, a little improvement with customer service I would have given this place 5 stars. Read Less

Only place so far I would go to get pedicures. My toes tend to grow out kinda weird, but they always seem to make them look normal when done! I frequent here a lot. Also get full sets and refills. Decent prices and they offer a variety of nail designs! Read Less
