Not sure what people could possibly have to complain about. This was by far the absolute best nail salon I have been to! Justine was an angel and Aliza is an absolute goddess when it comes to doing nails! Very great vibes and environment! They didn't leave a single mistake on my nails, they were absolutely flawless. You get offered water or pop or anything throughout your whole appointment, you're fully 100% taken care of. Yes Justine is a busy girl but she is running a business so what do you expect? I had an appointment booked for 4 pedicures for over 2 weeks....i got a text message from Justine at 8pm(two days before our apt) saying they have to cancel because apparently the techs are actively involved with the priest at their church and the priest is relocating so they decided to throw a last minute farewell? What? Im sorry but what??? What an unprofessional thing to do to someone like that!! ....most weirdest reasoning to cancel 4 appointments on such short notice...this place will never get my business! I waited months for Nailed to open up and when they finally did, I was not disappointed one bit. The atmosphere is very much like a nail salon you would find in Los Angeles. It is very well furnished and located in a very convenient space. The owner and employees are amazing-- some of the best I have ever encountered. They strive to make sure that I leave happy and while I'm there they make me feel valued. I have now been at Nailed Beauty Bar twice for two nail fills and will keep seeing them in the future. I was at Nailed Beauty Bar for a new set and pedicure yesterday and beyond happy with my experience. The colour selection is amazing. I requested for coffin and my shape is beyond perfect! I have requested coffin at every salon in the city and have never got coffin. Aliza is amazing, her attention to detail is phenomenal! She takes her time and made sure I was happy with my nails. You have to pay a visit to see their variety of gems and rhinestones! I am beyond amazed at the ...amount of fun glitters and sparkles I was offered. They have the best selection and care enough to educate their clients on the products they carry and really educated me on the difference between acrylic nails and gel nails. Went there for my first time and wasn't too impressed. The design and look of the salon is definitely what brings in the customers, but I won't be returning. I had an appointment for 1:30 and arrived on time, but the technicians were busy with other customers so I didn't get in for about 45 minutes. The owner worked on my nails but kept stopping to answer the phone, talk to other customers, or change the music. All in all my nails took about 3 hours to complete; my appointment was at 1:30 and I left about 4:30. I got 2 bows put on and the very next day they both fell off. I was also told that the cost for a fill would be $35 and the total cost from my visit was about $57. Not sure how that was calculated. I have been to Nailed Beauty Bar twice now and on both occasions have been more than satisfied with the job done. These ladies truly put the time and effort into every design and any shape of choice. The staff are all welcoming and more than whiling to educate you on the proper products used to ensure the best health for your nails.
