I went to the Walker location. I got a gel mani/pedi. First the pedicure was just ok. The guy was rough and when it was time for the he smoothing, it was very rushed. My feet are still rough.When it was time for my manicure, my hands soaked in the water for maybe 30 seconds. My cuticles were still hard when she began to clip them. I went to the location in walker and was very pleased. I came in wuth a design that I wanted within a reasonable price, and the lady who did my friends and I nails did just that. She explained in the beginning that may,nor look exactly like picture, which I understood and consented too. She did a perfection Job on my nails....then when came to painting, she began trying to mimic the design I had brought in....she got to the one finger with a bit more tedious design and she quickly realized wasn't coming out like she hoped, she caught with her own eye, instead of me having to say something that, it didn't look right, and she wiped it off and discusses from there where she knew coukd be done....and wound up giving me a finish I loved!!! the only reason I gave a 4 and not a 5, was I would have liked to seen a bigger selection of colors! The only problem I've ever had was with the young man at the Magnoila location... he gets in a hurry and he doesn't do a good job. I had a French manicuire ans pedicure done there a month ago I had the powder coat done. In a week they were dull and he didn't finish my manicure and my feet weren't smooth within two days they were ugly. I went back and this time a young lady did my toe nails and fingernails very happy. My fav is the walker location. I love those ladies they always always take care of me. Used to be impressed by this business. It has fallen. New tech and my nails pop off after a week...at least one every time. Now I just waited for 45 minutes (giving them the benefit of the doubt) for them to open on Saturday morning. Nothing! When creative nails first open I was really impressed with the service and quality of the staff I cannot say the same now as a returning client visiting my mother in Walker I'm so disappointed with the customer service or lack of my nails and my pedicure and my eyebrows please do not go here for eyebrows I don't know why nail salons even do eyebrows I should have went to the threading salon in Baton Rouge but I decided to choose convenience over quality and I'll have to suffer the next few months until my brows decide to grow out Read Less

Horrible!! I asked them to help me match my nail polish to the shellac color and they couldn't do it for me. Once she started painting my toes she realized they looked horrible so she went and got the color that matched my nails! They did my manicure the same time they did my pedicure so I was there for maybe 30 minutes. It was the quickest pedicure I ever got. She waxed my eyebrows and waxed half of one of them off and the other looks like she didn't even touch it. To top everything off she over charged me by $5 and when I questioned her she was rude. The workers are extremely rude. I am not someone who thinks just because someone is speaking in another language that they are talking ugly about me. These workers speak in Vietnamese, point to customers and laugh. I have psoriasis and have some on my face. This rude employee pointed to my face, laughed, and said in front of the whole place, "You face red like apple". In addition to the rude employees the services are subpar and the salon is not properly cleaned. Go elsewhere. Read Less

The manicurist spent my entire session on her cell phone. My manicure was fine, not better than the average, but fine. I'm satisfied with the manicure, but horribly dissatisfied with the service. I was uncomfortable through the entire session. I was not relaxed. I felt like I was interrupting her morning, not a paying customer. I get manicures often and normally enjoy the experience.
