I brought my 10 year old daughter here for her birthday. They have a children deal here but they refused to give it to me because my little daughter is tall. I got my nails done too. I never in my life had nail fungus and when I took off polish there was nail fungus on 2 of my nails and one of my little daughters... I was horrified ... I had to treat us both for over a month to get rid of it ... I paid over 100 for simple nail job and we both got fungus. So I paid for rudeness and fungus... it’s funny because the place looks clean but looks are deceiving :(

Staff is Very friendly and courteous. Love this place but too many people have discovered it :(. Always busy so expect a little wait unless you get lucky.

Very, very busy on Saturdays. I suggest calling ahead and/or making an appointment. Clean, comfortable salon. Most of the employees are friendly. Nothing fancy, but I leave with pretty feet every time...

First time going to get my 11 year old her nails painted. I didn’t feel welcomed. Nothing was explained to me. They sat her in one of the pedicure chairs even though she just needed her fingernails painted. My daughter had to hold her arm in the air to her it painted. Tech not very friendly. No one said anything friendly. Very clean and nice place though. I don’t know if we will come back or no since not feeling it to be very welcoming.

I really enjoyed having a mani/pedi at Castle Nail Spa. The staff was very friendly and professional. This was my first time using their shop and overall it was a fantastic relaxing three hours. With that being said they do not allow you to bring in any drinks even if it has a lid and they do not offer you anything not even a water. In 15 years of having my mani/pedi's done this is the first and only place I know of that does not allow you to bring or have something to drink. I would definitely go back to them but of course I will be sure to hydrate completely before entering 😊

I love this place!! The atmosphere is amazing and they do such an AWESOME job. I've been going to this nail spa since they opened and have never been disappointed. The customer service is second to none. I have technicians that I prefer and stick with, so you'll have to see who fits you best. It just depends on what you like. They are all very professional, however. Give this place a try. You won't be disappointed, believe me.

I recently moved to LA from South Carolina. One of the hardest parts of the move was knowing I had to leave my favorite and best nail technician I've ever had. Luckily, the ladies at Castle Nails have eased my pain. While I do still love my ladies in SC, the ladies at Castle Nails do a much better job. The salon is clean and all are very knowledgeable on the all the latest and greatest designs and trends! This place deserves 10 stars in my book!! ╰☆╮╰☆╮╰☆╮╰☆╮╰☆╮╰☆╮╰☆╮╰☆╮╰☆╮╰☆╮

I brought my 10 year old daughter here for her birthday. They have a children deal here but they refused to give it to me because my little daughter is tall. I got my nails done too. I never in my life had nail fungus and when I took off polish there was nail fungus on 2 of my nails and one of my little daughters... I was horrified ... First time going to get my 11 year old her nails painted. I didn’t feel welcomed. Nothing was explained to me. They sat her in one of the pedicure chairs even though she just needed her fingernails painted. My daughter had to hold her arm in the air to her it painted. Tech not very friendly. No one said anything friendly. Very clean and nice place though. I don’t know if we will come back or no since not feeling it to be very welcoming.

I really enjoyed having a mani/pedi at Castle Nail Spa. The staff was very friendly and professional. This was my first time using their shop and overall it was a fantastic relaxing three hours. With that being said they do not allow you to bring in any drinks even if it has a lid and they do not offer you anything not even a water. In 15 years of having my mani/pedi's done this is the first and only place I know of that does not allow you to bring or have something to drink. I would definitely go back to them but of course I will be sure to hydrate completely before entering 😊

I love this place!! The atmosphere is amazing and they do such an AWESOME job. I've been going to this nail spa since they opened and have never been disappointed. The customer service is second to none. I have technicians that I prefer and stick with, so you'll have to see who fits you best. It just depends on what you like. They are all very professional, however. Give this place a try. You won't be disappointed, believe me.
