Our nail stylist Huong was awful. My sixteen year old had a set done and was to tears because her middle nail was completely crooked. She was too shy to tell anyone else because her stylist didn't care after she complained. I came in the salon to pay for my younger daughters nails and a lady named Le offered to fix her crooked nail. We were happy to have it fixed, however, when Huong fixed it she put the wrong size nail on her finger. I do not recommend this place! Read Less

I purchased a gift card for my wife to get a pedicure here for christmas. She has never had a professional pedicure before so this was something special for her. She arrived 1 hour before they closed which is plenty of time. She was greeted with a cold "what are you getting?" Not a hi, hello, welcome..nothing. From there she received BELOW sub par service..they acted like she was a bother to them the whole time. She was being rushed thru everything..they barely did the minimu...m of what a pedicure entails. People are PAYING their good money for a SERVICE that is your job to provide..and you want to treat them like they are an inconvenience to you...i work in customer service and have for years and this is completely unacceptable. Needless to say we will not be returning here and will be telling our friends and family to do the same. Oh and because we both work in customer service, my wife STILL tipped $20 on a $25 job just to prove a point. Its really a shame you treat your customers this way. See More Read Less

i went to get my nails done for prom , i told them i wanted white coffin shaped nails with a glitter ombré , they told the shape and glitter would be extra which is weird because i got a full set and polish and the glitter was a polish, i hate squares nails but i only came to spend a certain amount of money so i got the glitter. the ladies seemed like they did not want us there which is considerable since it was like 20 minutes before they closed, but they were rushing everything ( except the guy who did my friends nails perfectly) but the lady who did mine rushed and didn't wake her take her time, the acrylic layer was put on all jagged and she filled them so roughly, the paint was uneven and blotchy and the ombré glitter i wanted looks like a glitter french tip, i kept checking them to make sure i liked them and she would make a smart comment like are they fine are they okay you just keep checking them. other then that she didn't talk to us at all she also did my sisters and didn't talk to her. overall the lady seemed like she didn't wanna be there and just rushed my nails and i just don't like them Read Less

This place will do the job if you want a quick, cheap, and no frills mani/pedi. It used to be where I went regularly, until I discovered LV nails down the road charges about the same prices but has better quality and customer service. I still go here if I'm in a rush because you can get in and out with a refill in 45 mins-1 hour.  Refills cost only $15!! (They're $20 most other places I've been to)The one downside I will mention is that it's a small nail salon, so there is a limited number of technicians. Some of them are very good- there's a man (I think he's the only man that works there right now) and a very talkative, friendly younger lady who are both excellent. There is one particular technician who I've seen to have gotten about the past six times I've been there, and you can tell right off the bat she's not a happy person and doesn't seem to like her job. She's very aggressive, throwing your hands everywhere, taking phone calls while simultaneous buffing your nails, and regularly cutting/nicking your fingers. If I get her, I know it's going to be a painful experience.Most technicians seem very apologetic if they ever once accidentally hurt you, and will often try to remedy it with some kind of lotion, but it just seems to be part of the service with her. I'm really not exaggerating- the manicure looks okay, but only after I've cleaned the cuts and gotten the blood off my hands!I think someone must have said something to her, because she has been smiling more and asked me how I was doing last time, so kudos for the effort, but it's not quite there yet Anyway, I probably shouldn't go back. Princess Nails is the best! Van, Wi, Hannah, and the rest of the crew are always welcoming and provide excellent service with top quality products. My daughter has had issues with ingrown toenails since she was young and Hannah is one of the only people I trust to work on the issue. Love this place! Read Less

Do you like your senses assaulted? Is it enjoyable for you to have your intelligence insulted? If you find either of these pleasurable then run...do not walk...to Princess Nails.It smells like hell in here. The chemical smell hanging in the air is nearly unbearable. It's so bad that it not only stinks, it also stings your eyes. The "manicurists" are rude and abrupt. They also like to speak to one another in a language that you aren't most likely to be fluent in while stealing glances at you and snickering.I'll pass, but if you're into that sort of thing you now know where to go.
