Do NOT waste your time or money. Pedicure was rushed leaving dead skin all over, polish is sloppy. Refill was done sloppy and crooked, paid for gel top coat it’s not even done right. Polish doesn’t even go to the end of the nail. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Called to see if they’d fix it because I don’t live on that side of town or really go on that side and not only was she rude saying it’s been 4 days she wanted me to re pay the entire $60. Got a gift certificate. Was extremely happy for it. But service and experience on a first timer was confusing. I love the color i picked. But was not happy about service. They asked if I wanted nails clipped and just started to go away. I went with a friend to another salon they asked what shape they wanted. The other thing is that person who brought me to salon was gonna wait but decided to get a pedicure. They started on them first and let me wait . I don't get it i came in first. They pampered them but just left me waiting. I know the person that gave me the certificate spent money for the service. But I will not be going back there. I also noticed after I removed the polish that my nails have been more brittle than before and I have not had this problem before. So will be a while before I get nails done proffessional. I have visited this salon a few times in the past with my sister.  I never enjoy my experience. When I get the pedicure my water is never hot enough and sometimes I'm sitting there waiting for 30 mins or more to get my feet done. I said I wouldn't go back again. Well, today my husband and I passed and it was empty so I  thought why not. Let's just say my pedicure and gel manicure was not good. The lady could not get my nails right. They kept bubbling up and she fixed them 3 times.. I  still left with an ugly dull lumpy gel manicure. NEVER going back and I'm serious this time. Read Less

Price seems to be about average for the area. The work and staff were less than impressive. I had a pedicure with French tips and the man that did it was friendly and did a nice job. I also had a manicure with gel polish (French to match toes) and wanted a fleur de lis on the ring fingers. I expected them to paint the design on but they came out with stickers and only put one coat of gel top coat on over them. They were lifting and damaged by the time I woke the next day. When I went to have them fixed they seemed irritated and hardly spoke at all. They did fix and do the design in paint but only after I asked them several times. During my original visit I had to ask for several different errors to be fixed and some of my nails were still not filed evenly when done. This is an amazing salon. The customer service over there is exceptional. They always know what you want. They treat you like family. The work is wonderful. The salon is really nice and clean.
