Great place for nails. Vincent is the best at nails. The pedicure was ok. The older lady has done my pedi 2 times and it just wasn’t as good as I have had elsewhere. She barely even massaged my feet or legs. Read Less

Worst Salon ever. Horribly rude. Makes your nails bleed, crooked nails, uneven shaped, wrong shapes, if you're a bit picky or have a nail idea in mind DONT COME HERE. They don't care about your opinion, they do things THEIR way. Oh you don't like the style? It's their style too bad. Over heard the owner saying he actually will "accidentally" hurt a customer, (make cuticles bleed, accidentally cut too far, etc) if he doesn't like you. They are the only salon around that can do gorgeous acrylic dips! They're so innovative in keeping up with the latest nail trends and so talented to be able to do so many gorgeous custom designs! I drive from New Orleans to go here! Appointments are recommended, they get crazy busy! Very fair pricing and staff is nice. :) Read Less

Best nail salon I have EVER been to!!! And mind you, I am EXTREMELY picky when it comes to my nails being exactly what I want. They are the best at being innovative and constantly learning and perfecting new techniques and designs. They are so skilled at what they do, they even blend their own colors to accommodate a color that you want if they don't already have it. They have a huge selection of signature and marble nails to choose from and their ombre' nails are done so perfectly with any color you want as well! They're the ONLY nail salon I've been able to find that does the acrylic dip, which I LOVE. They defiantly "baby" my nails and NEVER use a scraping tool to remove gel polish or acrylic dip. They may take a little longer than other salons but I like that the nail techs never make my manicure feel rushed and I get A++ service, my nails are treated with care, and I walk out with EXACTLY what I want. I live in New Orleans and come all the way here because I have been to countless upscale salons and never got the kind of service or options crystal nails gives from anywhere else. Well, I made my first visit there yesterday and I was quite impressed.. It felt so good to finally take off my acrylic fake nails.. My nails underneath were destroyed the nail bed.I decided to go natural with my own nails.. I actually really wanted to try the new color dipped nails.. I have been admiring them for weeks. The girl that I dealt with was so sweet, and did a great job.. She really took her time with my nails.. Fyi: it's best to make an appointment then to just w...alk-in. I have been at the Crystal nails shop for a pedicure (after I had a great dinner at Samurai sushi next door) and I didn't feel that I got a service at all. I want to say that I could do it at home by myself as same as the service I had at the shop . People should try this : put your feet in a hot tub, scrub your feet in A FEW minutes then apply some lotion and massage them in A FEW minutes...DONE !!! Read Less

I just stopped in last minute around 2:30ish. No one else in salon so I was treated like a queen! One person gave me a deluxe pedicure while the other gave me a manicure in the chair. That never happens! I really like having them done at the same time. Both ladies did a great job on my cuticles! They cleaned my nails up really good. The chair I sat in worked and felt really good. They had the tv on a nice music video station that kept me entertained the entire time! I'll be back and hope for the same treatment. Prices the same as all other salons. Read Less
