Nancy was very nice, she did a great job on my gel manicure. The polish covers my entire nail with no cracks, and none of it was stuck to my finger. My nails are also even. The salon was clean, quiet, and smelled nice. I was offered a complementary soda or wine. I will be going back in the future.

First time there Nancy over charged me $5 for nail length came in today Carly only charged my $5. While doing my nails, the enhancements popped off THREE times. Not even 12 hours later, I had the same nail that popped off twice, completely break in half. My service was over charged and rushed I will not be going back.

Customer Service here is terrible! Came in and spent well over $100 for my services only to have my nail break not even 3 days later. Went in to have it repaired & was charged $5 & basically told it was my fault it broke! Shocked at the lack of customer service displayed by the staff. My nails should not break after a couple days and even if they did an apology for sloppy work & fixing the problem would have been better than trying to take advantage of me. Definitely won’t be going back. Hope that $5 was worth it!

Our First time here and we will definitely be back. Clean professional and friendly ! Different to other nail bars around and our nails look great!!!

Friendly staff but I will be returning to get nails redone. There are bubbles in practically all of my nails and the polish is coming off on a gel manicure. Oh no, this is not acceptable.

I've never had my nails done on a regular basis. (I want to get my natural nails long using SNS. )So today was the second time going there. They fit me in after 4, as i have work. I met the owner and her hubby and they were so nice. The girls that do your nails are so nice also. Very professional. The salon is gorgeous and very clean. I will never go any where else. I like the french look ... and I still can't believe how good even and shiny they look. Thank you :)

The best Nail Spa I have been to. The ladies are awesome, everyone chats, you just feel so welcome and relaxed. If anyone is looking to have pedi/mani treat yourself and visit this nail spa. I love that they do sns and can also do shellac on top. You will it and will look forward to going back .

I have been to this salon a few times and the girls always tell me my nails are so thin. Today they recommended SNS for me. I had never really heard a lot about it so wasn't too sure. They explained SNS to me, told me I can still have colour and that it helps make my nails strong. And it doesn't cost any more than shellac. Thanks girls, they look great. Have a fabulous New Year and see you in January xxx

This is by far the BEST Nail Spa in Mandurah I will only get my nails and pedi done here. The owner is so lovely even all my children feel very welcome in this salon as I do. They are like family xx

Been to all the other salons in Mandurah .... forget the rest this is the best . They do a fantastic job have great products and are so very friendly .... Great socially and It's all English language ...

Brilliant .... I've had a few foot spas in my life but EM takes the cake she does a awesome job ... She is really on point and cleaned my nails better than any spa has in the past highly recommend

Customer Service here is terrible! Came in and spent well over $100 for my services only to have my nail break not even 3 days later. Went in to have it repaired & was charged $5 & basically told it was my fault it broke! Shocked at the lack of customer service displayed by the staff.
