This was our first trip to 4 seasons and it was great. We didn't have an appointment but we arrived at 10am on a weekday and they were able to quickly work us in. We got the luxe pedicure which is a great deal for only $30. I would  recommend that they consider adjusting the price for a men's pedicure since they don't get any polish applied. It saved the technician about 10-15 minutes and I think $3-$5 off would have been nice. Overall they did a great job and it was an enjoyable experience. The staff is all very friendly and we enjoyed our conversations. My only complaint is that the fumes are really strong, we mentioned it to the technician and she didn't realize how strong the were. Hopefully not that they are aware it will help them fix the issue and get better air circulation. Read Less

Bad regular manicure. First of all, the table, towels, and tools didn't seem or feel clean at all. Second, I picked a pink OPI color which the manicurist told me hates when people choose that color because it's streaky. Third, two coats of nail polish clearly weren't enough, and he was about to put the top coat of nail polish I had to ask him to do a third coat and again, he complained. He finished the third coat in less than two minutes and said "thank you" leaving me there without cleaning around my nails. Really bad service, bad technique, and very unprofessional. I've been going here for 4 years. The staff is very friendly and they speak full English in the salon which is a major thing to me since sometimes I felt like I was being talked about. I love Ashley! She is all over the place but she is he sweetest woman. She will try and accomplish anything you ask for. I've been to bellagio, I've been to the nail shop by rotolos, and the one by hibachi and Toby's ice cream. I've been to others in slidell and I always kept coming back here. Don't go here. Went to get a refill, the owners weren't there, The girl drill my nails do deep I had to ask her to stop. After waiting for 45 minutes I left. Had to get a refill at another shop, they said whoever did my nails drilling really messed them up. Said I needed a new set. Stay far far away. Read Less
