The services in the beginning was OK I was the only customer there.. The nail tech had more guest to come into the venue at that time she start to rush no longer taking her time with my nails...The nail tech became irate and frustrated when I ask her to file my nail along the side Some more an starting through in things in her bucket she rush me out the chair nail still wet.. They r always amazing!!!! Only place i go for my eyebrows and was in yesterday getting a fill. They made 100% sure i was happy and she made sure even double checked before moving to the next step! I was able to enjoy a kid frwe experience and 20% off. Even when i would have my kid he would race his monster trucks with one of the ladies which i felt was amazing because it kept him entertained. I went yesterday to get a pedicure, and I noticed that the lady did cut my cuticles, and then when she was doing the polish, she didn't put any base coat the job was very poor. I asked if they have wifi and they said yes they give the name of the wifi and I never get any wifi, so probably they not even have wifi just lied to me Read Less

Rip off. I left a tip off my credit card. In checking my account i discovered ms.Donna added a different amount. When I called the shop to informed them what occured she immediately became defensive. I went in yesterday to get a regular pedicure and a shellac manicure- while the pedicure was fine, I have had major problems with the shellac. I've gotten gel and shellac manis at other salons in the past and absolutely loved the quality and unfortunately this experience was quite different. Right before the technician applied the top coat he noticed that my right hand thumb and pointer finger nails were bubbled- just as I noticed. To 'fix' the bubbles he simply applied anot...her layer of color and finished my nails. My nails had an overall bumpy appearance when done and to my dismay not even two hours after I had returned home my thumb nail began to peel and ooze a oil like substance under the polish. By the end of the night my pointer finger had peeled off as well. I called the shop this morning and was invited back to have the technician fix my two nails (as they do not give refunds). While redoing the nails the technician asked me what had happened- I explained the peeling and oily alcohol substance and was told it was because I had washed my hands and shouldn't have. I brushed it off and thanked him again for fixing my nails and headed on my way... Again not an hour later the thumb bubbled again and began to peel. Tonight after showering several other nails began to severely peel- so much so that I have given up and removed all the polish completely. While I appreciate the attempt to fix my nails I am overall very unhappy with the quality of the manicure I received here. I wasted nearly $30 and cannot get my money back. I will not be returning.
