I have been a dedicated customer for years (13ish) mainly because of the location but SOME of the nail techs do a amazing job. I have had issues getting different prices for different things and it always aggravated me but I still was a dedicated client, especially to Tracy who is so good she was always booked, unless I got lucky. March 31, 2017 I walked in at 4:30 to get one nail repair and there was one person ahead of me... after seeing numerous people walk past me and even other ladies who stated "you were here before me" 4:30 turned into 6:15 and I finally did address the nail tech in charge of rotation... she sat a new person down in her chair and told me she would get to me when she is done with her... 1 hour and 45 minute wait for ONE nail repair that was just lifting up off my nail, wasn't even broken... they lost a long time client and I would usually spend at least 100$ a month in services. I have never had such bad customer service from anyone!!! Rude attitudes from the first person you get greeted by in the shop, different prices every time I go, oh and a 2$ charge for a card if I forget to bring cash. No, no, no, no, NO!!! I got the worst nail service here. I got a gel manicure ($30 mind you).  The polish was clumpy and in some places it didn't have any polish on it. Then in some places there were black specks all over the nails. The place is old and the polish they have is old and dried out.  Never again. Read Less

Haven't been here in three years. Some changes. Looks like new owners. They now charge $2 to run a credit card. Staff did not seem very friendly on this day. But I like it here. It's close to home and its familiar. Not sure if I'll be back or look for someplace new. They are only getting two stars from me today. Will update if I come back and get better service. Read Less
