She definitely wasn't new to pedicures though. I just got the basic pedicure, but she spent plenty of time massaging my feet and legs which I appreciated. I went there 2 or 3 times and the last time I asked for a French manicure and politely asked to do a downer tip so that we couldn't see the fake nail line. Well she obviously didn't understand because most my nail we could see when I was looking i said go down more but she ignored me and said it was done. I'm really mad right now. Took my granddaughter  will not go back. The Tech kept messing with cell phone. We both did the deluxe   Not much of a deluxe.  They just left us in chair. Did not come back and Check to let me no polish was dry. Plus credit machine would not work   Told us we could wait until machine work or go to bank and get cash. I went to this salons 2 weeks ago and got a pedicure (which was$80) I've been 3 or 4 times because I thought they were clean ! Worst I've ever had . Started chipping 2hrs after I left . Was told one price when we asked and charged another when they were done . Nails were NOT smooth. Very ridged feeling . Staff argued amongst one another the entire time we were there .Me & my friend Wasted $132.00 on me & &160.00 on her and NO massages come with Deluxe Pedicure?!!! Seriously?!!! That's crazy !!! First time I went for a pedicure I signed in had a seat. While waiting a group of four came in, signed in, picked out their polish, were called back for their pedicures. I had been waiting twenty mins. When realized I was skipped over, they called me back. The pedicure was rushed and looked horrible. I decide to try again using someone else. Went two weeks ago and will never, ever go back. First, after sitting down in the chair, the woman made some snide ugly comments about Law Enforcement after a news store on hiring more officers aired on the news. They had the TV on watching CNN. She looked at me like she was wanting me to agree with her. I made the comment about being in Law Enforcement at one time and that my husband had just retired from the Sheriff's Office and she looked at me like that offended her. Second, she cut me under one of my toes which was very painful drawing blood. This never fazed her. No apology or nothing. I am not sure what she did to my big toes but they both still hurt like I have an ingrown nail and I don't. Went in for a Pedicure and Full Set of Solar Nails...they charged $100.  Can go a few blocks down Youree and get the same or better for a LOT less.  The lady kept cutting my cuticles with the electric sander and I have 2 cuts on left hand and 1 on right and I kept trying to let her know she was hurting me.   Those dang sanders hurt when they dig into your cuticle! See Angelica! She is the absolute best. Far superior nail artist in the city. When Angelica does my nails they last for weeks. I am super rough on them and she never charges to fix anything I mess up between appointments. I get dip every 3 weeks but she's also done my gel nails and pedicures the past two years. Go see her! While they are pricey, they do an excellent job. I got a regular pedicure and a dip nail manicure. The pedicure was good, and they did a good job of fully covering my nail with the polish and really making sure my toes were clean and cared for. The manicure has lasted me two weeks now and it has not chipped or cracked. They understand a lot of what you say which is really nice too. I will be going back. Read Less

Never again! They didn't pull anything out of sanitized package, the guy was sniffling and snotting over me the whole time, I told him I didn't like the color and he got an attitude. He cut me which is scary and was all rough. Then he just said whatever and some chick finish painting. They speak Vietnamese over you the whole time as if they don't speak English.
