Horrible service.I walk in..one guy is doing nails....one worker is sitting by and the other is sitting in the pedicure chair.So argue about who is doing my nails.After they figured that out....the old lady worker walker passed all the seats so I followed her...then she turned with an attitude and said "YOU WANT FULL SET"....and I'm like yes ma'am.............so I sit down and she drills so hard I had to look and make sure that I still had a finger.....so she pit on the first nail.....I was getting French tip so you can't mess that up.....LIE......she put the white tip too far down........I looked at the name.....before I can say anything......she closed the nails...turned off the light......and said she can't do my nails.I snatched that nail off and went down the street......SUPER NAILS.....THEY ARE ALWAYS POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL!!!!MARYS NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN!!! . If i could select zero stars i would. I witness very bad customer service at this nail shop today. The customer paid and didnt receive the service she asked for she was nice and tryed to describe to Mary how she wants her nail Mary became unglued and yelled at the woman the lady asked for her money back she gave mary $60 beforehand Mary would only give her $11 back. Im never going to this place again. As the lady left the store Mary yelled at her and turned around laughing speaking in her language. They have no respect for their customers their attitides and their customer service was horrible. I was told by the young girl who did my feet that she would not turn on the massage function on the massage chair. I will not advise spending your hard earned dollars here to be disrespected. I went for the first time with family because I don't live out here. The place is nice but the staff is rude they speak in their language and not English it makes u feel like they are talking about u. I got a pedicure and the women didn't even do all the services included but charged me for them. I also got a no chip manicure and it has bubbles. She also put these warming mitts on and walked away. I had to pull them off myself because they started to burn me. One nail looks like it's gonna peel already. The manicure is very sloppy. Bella did mine and my wedding parties nails for my wedding. They didn't have quite the color we wanted, so they blended them so we could get exactly what we wanted. They were all so friendly and willing to do what was needed to make us happy. I appreciated how accommodating they were and how they tried to make a connection with you while doing our nails. I have been going to Bella Nails over several years for both manicures and pedicures. Recently, I have noticed that both the quality of services and the attitude of employees has declined. I will not be back. Most recently, I got a gel manicure at this location 5 days ago. It had micro bubbles in the polish from day one and started peeling at day 4. I went back to Bella nails today to ask for them to fix the nails affected. I asked for the owner and explained to him tha...t I was disappointed in the quality of the manicure. He got defensive and asked if I actually had a gel manicure and who did the manicure. When I named the individual, he stated that she NEVER had any complaints. There was never an apology or any move to fix what was done poorly. He did then say they would fix the manicure, but they were very busy. I offered to come back later, and asked for a good time or an appointment to come back. He said they wouldn't do an appointment. I asked then who I should ask for when I came back, and again, he said just to ask for the manicurist...this whole experience was not customer friendly at all, and actually felt that he was trying to shame me/accused me of not being truthful. I will not be back. This is not my only negative experience at Bella Nails, and have frankly only returned recently because of proximity to my home. I brought my wedding party in to get pedicures and manicures. There were 11 of us and the staff did an awesome job of accommodating us! They had 5 to 6 other customers while we were there and the staff had us all done within 2 hours! We made a reservation before we came in of course, but they were so happy to serve a large party. The staff were very friendly and did an awesome job with everyone. We will definitely be back! Read Less

The absolute worst nail experience I have ever had. My nail polish bubbled and completely peeled off two hours after my gel manicure. I went in the next day and asked for a refund. After waiting fifteen min to speak to someone, the owner came out and said it wasn't their policy to refund. He never apologized and said I would have to call back and make an appointment to have them fixed. I asked if they could fix them today as I had an event later that night and he said there were no appointments available and walked off. I now have to go to another salon and have them fixed. Terrible place I would a advice anyone to go here I went to get my feet done and I came back 5 days later my feet were peeling very bad the lady says a pedicure is not to remove dead skin it is to remove the dirt off your foot keep at mind my feet were not dirty now I have an infection in my feet which causes the skin to turn green and black ....they tell me that its not their fault and there's nothing they can do about out and started talk in they Lil language .....this is the worst place to get any services done in Shreveport Read Less
