HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! If I could give zero stars I would. The man literally burned my nail trying to take it off. I JUST a needed a fill and he did not add acrylic and he filled them crooked! Then he sent me off with another woman that said I was causing trouble because HER EMPLOYEE messed up my nail! The lady he gave me to snatched my hand to see what he did then left me to go tend to someone that just walked in the door! Did not try and come back to service that was messed up for 10 mins. I am new to Shreveport so I just wanted to take my dip  nails off and have a manicure done.  From the second I sat down, the technician I had talked about how terrible my nails were done last time (which was fine), however she didn't do much better of job. My nails weren't filed down properly, they're jagged, the cuticles are not cleaned well and the nail polish is even scrunched at the top of most of my nails. Not for NexGen... They don't do it often and you can tell. Lost my top coats and a nail in 5 days. They were uneven, messy edges and started peeling bad. Pleasant people just definitely not for nexgen/dip nails. Read Less

Amazing pedicure. Everything I could expect or want from a salon. The Deluxe comes with sugar scrub, mask, hot stone massage. The massage chairs are nice, not too strong though. Definitely will continue to come here! Read Less

Normally when I get a mani I walk away with freshly trimmed cuticles, scrubbed nails, and soft lotion after a hand massage which I did not get here. Although I did get a nice set of acrylics, she did a good job, nice shape although they were too long but that was my fault. Loves the color, very nice lady, all in all very satisfied Read Less

The owner was nice and did a good job on my pedicure but when she handed it over to a young lady worker for the manicure--, the young woman --before doing my nails sat down in front of me and dug into her own long nails and wiped the sediment on the towel she was using for me. She pulled out cuticle cutters and files that were not soaked in any type of solution. She was very unfriendly and when she dropped the clear nail polish brush on the floor she picked it up and put it back into the bottle and set the bottle back on the table to be used again. I also had to tell her to even my nails up three were short and two were very long--and while she went to the cash register I used the file to file my own nails before she could get the polish on them--for they were uneven. I don't even get a manicure or pedicure but every year and a half to two years and it was such a disappointment. I had a nail that was torn Way past the quick and I had to ask her to use glue on it and she acted like she didn't know what I was talking about. There was no lotion put on my hands and there was no washing of the hands in between customers. Not to mention a lengthy wait which they could have at least put us in the pedicure chairs --that were empty -to let us sit and soak our feet . This is close by my house but I don't think I will be back. Read Less

Not the worst but definitely not the best. I came in from town and my nails are simple. Not only that but the nails are sloppy. There's paint on my skin, the staff was rude. And the best part? They were 50 dollars. Insane. Never again will I go here Read Less

Awesome service and atmosphere!  My wife and I both got pedicures.  The lady that worked on my feet and legs was really good, she massaged all the soreness out.  My 1st time here but not the last.  My wife was very impressed with the nail work not only of hers but of other patrons that she observed. First time to use them and I will be back! We opted for the Deluxe Pedicure and it was well worth the upgrade. They went well above and beyond with the massaging and extra add-ons that many salons do a rush job on. The pedicure was very thorough and what I expect a great pedicure to be like. 4.5 - I have tried many salons much closer to where I live, because its covenant, but i always pay more and get less services. I always come back here! The staff is friendly, never rushes, and has always done a great job. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is sometimes they seem a bit cluttered and untidy (not dirty).... but I'm really OCD.
