They did ok. Definitely not worth $55. I would have just gotten the basic one for $35. 1. He did a good job on my cuticles. 2. He did NOT scrub my heels very well. 3. My mother was sitting next to me. She got the same thing. (Deluxe) Her feet AND legs were wrapped. Only my legs were wrapped. It’s frustrating to watch someone who is paying the same amount get more than you. 4. He seemed to be rushing through it. 5. My sister came in late to get her Pedicure. Her heels were being scrubbed with the utensil I needed on my heels and she only got the basic pedicure. So, although she paid less, she probably walked away more satisfied than I did. 6. Very nice nail salon. I came in because I got a terrible polish job at a different place and needed it fixed. I had a pedicure and had my finger nail polish changed. Haute Nails is my go to nail salon. They are very professional and have a keen attention to detail. They that your hands and feet as if they were their own. My mani/pedi lasts a long time with no chipping. The price is right for the level of service you receive. I would highly recommend them for your next spa experience! Read Less

Generally I like this place, but recently I went and was sat in a chair that the staff knew was knowingly broken. It made loud noises and only some functions of the massage chair worked . I get my nails for the relaxation of everything - the leg massages, the cleaning, and the relaxation of the chair. I spoke to the lady doing my nails and the front desk, which were already aware it wasn't really working properly. I just feel they should not utilize that chair if it's not functioning properly. Was running a bit behind and they were so kind to call and remind. They still took us right in after being 5 mins late. I had Ene and she was so sweet and funny. Super precise with her work! I was just there yesterday (4/2) for a "deluxe pedicure" I showed up on time and checked in front desk girl was nice and friendly, and then the technician called me back she had everything ready to go which was nice I got in the seat and she started with my toes... cutting the cuticles hurt a bit, she trimmed my nails, then went on to the scrub, they put the lotion on my legs and hot towels.... the entire time she was frowning, never once talking to me about anything acting l...ike she hated her job! Once she was done with the supposed leg massage she put the polish on my toes, handed me the receipt and said you pay..... I looked at the receipt and it said "spa pedicure, $33" which is what I paid.... I hate that I didn't tip but I sincerely feel there was reason for a tip.... I signed up for a "deluxe spa pedicure" which was $43, and supposed to be almost an hour long with paraffin wax! It took her maybe 30 mins.... I had a mani/pedi done. I came in during a slow day. I was rushed though both services. The woman who painted my nails did an awful job, my whole nail wasn't even painted. It also wasn't even close to dry when they finished. They don't offer any quick drying solutions so my polish was smudged. Way over priced for the job they do. I hate it when I have to write a bad review but I don't know how this place stays in business. Every person there is extremely rude and acts like you are burdening them by being there. Plus, it is aesthetically a mess! Definitely not a relaxing, comfortable atmosphere. To think they charge the same as the professional spots do is absurd. Decided to go with a friend, and have heard iffy things but wanted to have a nice day out. The inside is definitely amazing, and the best ventilated nail salon I've personally been too. Good selection of colors, but that's where I ran into the first issue. Obviously they all have different formulas and such, but the first one was super thin and not opaque in the least, I noticed this on the first finger, so I said could we try a darker one? (I didn't wait until they had done ...more, tried to be respectful). She then painted both hands one coat with the thin one, THEN switched to a different one. Definitely thicker, but extremely streaky. So bad, that the FIRST lady did 3 coats (not counting the base coat and original color). Then, her friend next to her, after she finished my friends manicure, did an extra two coats. The color looked fine, wasn't streaky finally. But should not take that many coats. Before I even left the place they were getting messed up. Took all day to dry because of so many coats. And looking at my nails now (3 days later) they are all uneven layers. As in you can see where some nail is only one coat, and other parts is 5 coats. It was hard to communicate what I wanted with them, they just seemed to want to go step by step then be done. So today I took my mom to Apollo nails in Silverdale. Me being 8 months pregnant I really needed a perfect pedicure. I told her I have been there before and although we have been going to Hot nails for over six years I convinced her to try it out because they take their time and it really is worth your buck. They don't rush and they really put effort into making it relaxing and longer. My little brother was with us and he is nine. He was begging and begging to get done what w...e were getting done so my mother decided since he did very well in school the last few weeks and getting certificates for his above and beyond behavior he could get one too. We asked how much it would be for a child's pedicure and the lady said under 9 bucks. Then the manager(she really shouldn't be) proceeded to say that since they already took two mins to trim his toes and nails that it would be 25 for pedicure and 10 for the nail and toe nails trim. ( Even though the pedicure included toe trim). Needless to say 35 dollars for them to spend half the time as our pedicures and even more expensive then our pedicure is absolutely insane in my opinion. He got no color, received a ten min massage and he was done. My mother now will never go back there. Even though they are the best at pedi's customer service is everything. My mother was already having a tough day, I was hurting and in pain from contractions and here we are trying to enjoy a day that ended up stressing me out, causing a scene and making me want to ball my eyes. Okay.. I'm sorry to burst everyone's bubble, but this place isn't near as amazing as they say it is. Today is 12/28/2016. I went to this establishment on 12/22/2016 the week prior. Firstly, they don't provide eyebrow waxing which is what I was looking for as well as a full set. When I asked, I was informed that they no longer provide waxing. Cool. No big deal. So I sat down for my set. The tech had to keep applying acrylic because she put it on too thin on a few of my fingers, she hit my cuticles with the drill multiple times making my fingers sore and red and The very same night I went home and had to glue two back on and all of the others are already lifting about to come off. All of that AND the tech tried to overcharge me. When we were done, I walked to the register and she said "that'll be $50". I took a step back and said "uuuhhhhh .. no. I got a basic set." Lemme tell you how basic... I got plain tips. Not French, pearl, solar, not even a color Polish. I got a plain American tip, rounded, with a clear coat. Natural looking. She went "oh... $35 then." Like really? You were trying to swindle me? Did you really think I was going to get a basic set and not think twice when you tell me that it'll cost $50? I couldn't be anymore in shock as to what happened this evening at the Silverdale location! My mother in law took my daughter and her cousin, 14 yrs old, to get manicures. Now I have gone to Apollo since they opened, my mother in law goes all the time and I even vote for them year after year for best nail salon, I won't be do so anymore! When the girls were done Grammy went to pay and presented them with a coupon she had received from the Poulsbo location just a few weeks ago. For some reason the year on it was 2014, the lady insinuated that she was trying to scam them as people gathered. I went here to get a pedicure and had a great experience. I called ahead to check if there were busy, and it was not busy when I got there like they said. The inside of the place is not too aesthetically pleasing. It was too bad of a sight, but it wasn't what I typical see in a nail salon. The floors were still concrete and undone, which was weird.The lady that did my pedicure was very good. When I get a pedicure I always like that they scrape the thick skin on the bottom of your foot, and that was included. The lady was nice and started a conversation with me. I was very happy with my pedicure and the nail polish is still on a week later and looks brand new! Overall, I am happy with the service but think the interior design needed some work and the service was a little expensive. 35 bucks for a basic pedicure is a lot in my experience. Read Less
