I decided to give this place a visit despite the overwhelmingly negative reviews, and I'm so glad I did. I've been three times now and each experience has been nothing but pleasant. The establishment is very clean and relaxing, in my opinion. The technicians are incredibly friendly! They offer a wide range of services and they even have color changing polish, which I've been getting every time now! I recommend this place to all of my friends. Very disappointed. I come here regularly, but won't ever come back. When you get a manicure, no matter what type, they should trim cuticles. I was told with my $55 powder manicure it is $10 extra. Even though my friend next to me got the same manicure and they trimmed her cuticles, pushed them back for the $55, I was told no. Doesn't make any sense. My hands look awful. And to top it off I had to go back in to get them to fix eyebrows after waxing. Needless to say, when I questioned the service, they didn't care and couldn't explain why my friend got her nails completely done for $55, but I didn't get the same service. This was by far the worst place I have ever gotten a pedicure!! The lady didn't talk to me only on her cell phone!! She got no lie about 10 calls doing my pedicure and had me on a timer!! I went in for a pedicure today first time. I asked about pedicures before I got started and told them I just wanted the $45 one. The guy who did my toes tried to get me the higher price pedicure 85$ I said no. I had gel on my toenails was just going to get reg polish trying to save $$. He talked me into the gel nails I said do is that more he said yes a bit so I said I want the low price pedicure. I got a very basic pedicure in fact my heals are still a bit rough. I got ready to pay and they said $80 I about fell out I said what? I asked for thev$45 pedicure they chargesd me $35 just for gel polish .. really ??? you have to be kidding! Loved, Love, Loved it😍! Best experience and treatment ever. My Girlfriends of 4 and 2 of our boyfriends came in this weekend just to pamper ourselves and get a way for a bit. I normally get gel but was told about this dipping powder and tried it and Wow OMG I'm never going back to Polish again. The service was 5 Star the interactions was 5 star and for the first time we went into the salon and not only did they interact with us they also spoke English the entire time None of the other places we've been to does that. Yes I went in for gel but we all were sold on upgrading our services "Eyelash extension, wax, tint and Enjoyed every bit of it. Money well spent and we will be back. The most horrible experience I've ever had ended up with a major infection on my toe from them my whole toenail turned green and is throbbing the owner wanted to give me a $30 refund after paying $70 to them as long as I signed a paper saying I wouldn't go after them legally yeah right I'm having to seek medical attention please run away far as you can from this place and they did a horrible job in the beginning Read Less

Over priced I paid 85.00 for a pedicure and them to paint my nails with gel nail polish. My toe nails looked like snake skin when they dried and they didn't paint my nails the color I picked. In addition the nail polish applied sloppy and was missing in spots and they applied the gel nail stuff to my cuticles. The nail tech was rude and when she spoke I couldn't hear her or understand her. She ignore me when I told that it was the wrong color but fully understood when I became mad and I demanded a refund. Which they refused. To top it off they charged my daughter 93.00 foe the same service and applied the wrong color to her nails too.
