I came in to get a pedicure a couple of weeks ago before I was going on vacation. Bella was assigned to me. She asked me if she'd left my nails too long, I said she had. After a few attempts of getting her to understand that yes, I did want them shorter I decided to give up and that I could take more length off when I got home. Then she began cleaning around the edges of my nails. Not just the cuticle but around the sides too. I then saw her lift my right toenail off the bed...! When I said something she asked if it was too rough. YES, it was but also why on earth would you do that?? That toe is STILL bothering me and painful in any closed toe shoe. She did next to nothing as far as smoothing callouses or attempting to soften anything, the one place using even a bit of force would've been appropriate. Then only messaged my right leg about a quarter as much as the left. Didn't offer polish. That's fine, I didn't want any but I've never not been asked. I asked if she could do a light buff and she didn't seem to know what I meant and acted put out by my request. She then ran one side of the buffer over each nail two times and said I was done. Definitely NOT worth $45 in the slightest. See More

Rose and Hi are so nice. Everyone is very friendly and truly care about you. I love my gel dipped nails. They usually last 3 weeks. I always get the best pedicure, and the eyebrow waxing is done right...

I've gone to this nail salon 4 times total trying to get my nails done because they are closer to my home. Every time they are unable to do my nails and turn me away....very unprofessional and rude......
I've gone to this nail salon 4 times total trying to get my nails done because they are closer to my home. Every time they are unable to do my nails and turn me away....very unprofessional and rude......Well today I went in around noon and and was turned away because they were short handed. The fella that told me this is alone with no customers in the building and refused to do my nails ! I will NEVER go back there and I encourage anyone that is considering this sale to find some place that will do the job with gratitude.

The hours posted state they close at 1900hrs. I walk in at 1820 and the lady tells me the other employee just left and therefore I will not be able to get my nails done even with a window of 40 minute...
The hours posted state they close at 1900hrs. I walk in at 1820 and the lady tells me the other employee just left and therefore I will not be able to get my nails done even with a window of 40 minutes left until closing. As I leave very disappointed, she locks the door behind me.

Was visiting Shreveport so looked for a spot to get a pedicure. Over priced and not up to the quality expected for that price. For a $42 pedicure I expect a flawless pedicure-- nice people though

Was happy with my manicure, and the staff is very friendly. But I was not happy with the end results to the nail design I asked for. I showed Rose the flowers on my toes and she told me she could do...
Was happy with my manicure, and the staff is very friendly. But I was not happy with the end results to the nail design I asked for. I showed Rose the flowers on my toes and she told me she could do them in pink like I wanted. The polish she used, yesterday, is already chipping at the tips.

I came in to get a pedicure a couple of weeks ago before I was going on vacation. Bella was assigned to me. She asked me if she'd left my nails too long, I said she had. After a few attempts of getting her to understand that yes, I did want them shorter I decided to give up and that I could take more length off when I got home. Then she began cleaning around the edges of my nails. Not just the cuticle but around the sides too. I then saw her lift my right toenail off the bed...! Every time they are unable to do my nails and turn me away....very unprofessional and rude......Well today I went in around noon and and was turned away because they were short handed. The fella that told me this is alone with no customers in the building and refused to do my nails ! I will NEVER go back there and I encourage anyone that is considering this sale to find some place that will do the job with gratitude.
