Unfortunately this will probably be the only time I'll ever be there, but I would certainly stop in again! Was driving from Austin, TX to Gardendale, Al for a funeral and had to get my nails done for it. Was running ahead of schedule and decided to stop in since I had the time. Was taken right away for my pedicure which went wonderfully. Nails came out great and still look great today! Next was my manicure which also was beyond perfect. I frequent this place because of the customer service. The work isn't awesome but the customer service was superb. Today I was disappointed because I drove out of town to come here and I was told I could not be serviced because a customer was "on their way" there are three workers here and the place is empty. I expressed how disappointed I was. They had no remorse. It is two hours before closing and they "accept walk-ins". I'm not understanding why I couldn't be serviced today. Read Less

Absolutely terrible service.  The technician took an hour and a half to take off my nail polish and then closed before they could put color on.  They were extremely rude.  The services are overpriced and they hire a debt collection agent to call customers when they have difficulty communicating with them. I would not recommend coming here.  It is difficult to find a quality nail salon in Shreveport, but I feel that luxury and classy nails do a better job. Read Less

Diva nail and spa is an awesome and relaxing place to get ur eyebrows done and ur upper lip if u have hair growing there that shouldn't be . ik its gross but ik it does happen . u can get ur nails done u can get a pedicure to . i havent gotten one but want to . im getting my nails upper lip and eyebrows done .Read Less

I came across Diva's by chance after moving to Shreveport this week. They were very busy when I walked in. They told me they could help us, but it would be about 30-45 min. Came back and was seated immediately. They were very thorough with my pedicure and the place was very clean. I will definitely be going back! Read Less

Place seems clean enough, but the person who did my nails didn't ask what I wanted, so I assumed she would make the shape the same as they were.... Not so much. She made them as short as she could and as round as could.... Not my style at all. While she was working in my big toe, she cut my cuticle and didn't even acknowledge it. Welp fellas! What can I say? I guess I'm a Diva! But my feet got so bad u coulda called me Frodo!...And it woulda been a compliment!!! So, my wife dragged me in here, just as she did for my first pedicure, some five years ago at another location!I'll say this, being only my 2nd pedicure in 42 years on this Earth, they had to bust out the special tools for my feets! One tool looked like a potato peeler or razor and the other looked like a cheese grater!The poor woman working on me had to put her shoulders into it!And now that it's over and she's earned her hazard pay, I must say my feet feel and look one helluva lot better!The good news is for all involved is that my feet no longer look like the feet of a Cro-Magnon man!
