This place is a big NO for gel polish. Shoulda thought twice when I walked in asking to have my gel removed and several of the staff stopped to look at me and one asked w incredulity, "you have GEL?" After roughing up the polish, a gentleman had me soak my fingers in a bowl of acetone (instead of individual acetone soaked cotton wrapped in foil), so of course the gel didn't come off as well. Then he pulls out the Dremel to remove the remaining polish... Yes, the Dremel for gel on natural nails! I asked him to use the handheld gel removal tool and he simply asked if I preferred it. I said "yes", and he replies w/ a "ok". By the time we were done with the Dremel/acetone soak process repeated multiple times my fingers were in so much pain that I couldn't even scrub my scalp when I washed my hair for the next week & a half. Even now, 3 weeks later, my nails remain thin and breaking constantly. I will never ever subject my poor fingers to that pain again. It was awful thanks to an incompetent nail "professional ". As soon as i walked in there were smile in these peoples faces. Best pedicure i have ever experienced great message. I do feel tho like they rushed me to pick a color and there were no signs to tell me the prizes. My manicure was extremely rushed both simple one color with clear top coat. Waxed my eyebrows and it all came out to $90. The Salon was nice. The people were friendly. I slammed my fingernail in the door. Ouch. Dang, sh##t. Went to multiple shops but no one could fix it. So this shop offered to cut the tip and file it smooth. So my nub was neat, although not matching. No other shop even offered to try to give me a work around, patch up job. Read Less

Went there because of Yelp reviews.they rushed through pedicure, even though it was decent, I felt that they were rushing me out of the chair. then they charged $25 just for shellac change (no refill, or cut down or anything). No complementary drinks were offers. overall did not feel welcomed. Read Less

BEST pedicure experience I've had in Shreveport! Why did it take me so long to find this place?? My friend and I made a pedicure appointment for 4pm. They took us on time and they GAVE US COMPLIMENTARY WINE! We had our feet done by Eric and Roger who were both super friendly. To start, you don't ever have to worry about your tub being dirty because they always put a thing that looks like a large shower cap where your feet go then they run the water. When they're done they just throw it out! The pedicure itself was excellent. At first I thought $35 was a little high but they use quality products and take their time massaging your legs and feet. It was a great experience. Definitely not a hit it and quit it place. (Been to many of those shops where you're done in like 15 minutes)My feet felt great and service was amazing. (cut caused on heel, inconsistency in acrylic)Aggressive upselling for gel and solar.Higher than average prices, which in itself is not a problem, but the level of service does NOT justify the prices. I paid $70 for full set and basic pedi.Also tech kept making reference to him making me "sexy" which I found unprofessional.Clean facilities.No 3-D nail designs. No refreshments offered.Razor used on hee/sole which I don't like.I will not return because the level of service provided can be found everywhere in Shreveport for cheaper. Read Less
