Not sure why I continue to try to go to this place. Something is always wrong. Today I got there around 6:15 and the open sign was still on and the door said they close at 7. The door was locked and the lady just waived at me.

So beyond disappointed, this was my go to place but after My experience today I will no longer be giving my business. I had ideas for my nails and the male owner kept making me feel stupid and aggravated that I even asked a questions about colorful stones. He was agitated, then when I got my eyebrows done he asked how I said square then I said but at the end would like a a nice pointy end, and he was like ugh you said square. And so I said just do what you would like then because I had given up on trying to explain what I would like, especially with the prices you would think he would be a little more considerate. I was trying to be nice polite, my son never comes with me but had to because of family emergency but my son was strapped in his stroller. Not running around or touching anything at all. He was excited and saying mama and stuff he's 18 months old and apparently that bothered the man doing my nails (owner) making remarks "is your husband going to pick him up or something" I was shocked. I was the only customer in there. So I know my son wasn't bothering any other customers. But the man was just extremely rude, snappy, and just overall being nasty. I still Gave him a tip. It's sad to part ways with the one nail salon i actually used to really enjoy. Another thing I forgot to add was when I was attempting to explain how I wanted my eyebrows. I said I like a square look and then I said you know square look with a nice pointy end finish and he got upset and said YOU SAY SQUARE I said okyou know what I'm sorry just do square and he was then so hostile putting burning hot wax straight to my skin, usually they slightly blow it but he was mad so he made sure to do it so hot and when he put the strips on he was slapping my whole forehead so hard and being so rough. He was just so unprofessional and this was the owner of this shop. Never have I ever had my eyebrows done so roughly and harsh. Just avoid this place. If you have an adjustment to make on something they did they get angry.

I usually don't leave reviews but this experience was just really unacceptable. I've been coming to this nail shop for quite some time but this last visit left a bad taste in my mouth. I picked out a color for my nails and as the guy was doing them it looked a different color. I made a simple comment that it looked a little more pink than the neutral color that I asked for. Granted I picked out the color, yes , and even tho it looked liked a different color I never once said I didn't like it! He started giving me all kinds of attitude and handling my hands any kind of way thenn started talking in Vietnamese as if I don't know you were just talking about me. I find that very disrespectful. I am a paying customer and if I don't like something about my nails then I trust you as a nail tech to fix it without getting an attitude as if you're the one paying for this. So I will NOT be coming back. I'd rather go somewhere where my money would be appreciated.

Im new to the area so im trying to find a nail home... i love reviews because they really help newcomers!! Anyway my nails are very pretty. He did the dip with a tip and made sure every detail I asked for was done correctly.
However my friend asked for coffin dipped nails and a younger lady did them and assured her that she knew how to do them but she didn't. She gave her long SQUARE nails and you could see the separation from the tip and her regular nail through the dip. When we were examining the nails the lady had an attitude because my friend was trying to tell her that she could see the separation but she couldn't see it in mine. Obviously the young lady was upset because my friend wanted what she was PAYING for done correctly. So if you decide to go let the gentleman do your nails NOT THE YOUNGER LADY. He is awesome!! She ruined the whole experience because of her nasty attitude.

It seems that there are two locations one in Prairieville and the other in Gonzales. I went to the Gonzales location and they had four people working two female & two male. There were two other people in the shop when I came in and the service still seemed a little bit slow. I would just consider this an average or typical manicure/pedicure experience. For the most part the shop was clean, except he did give me a dingy towel to put over my legs. The did a good job but nothing to brag about.

I don't like leaving less than stellar reviews because some places have off days. It's part of business. But I've been here two other times before Bc it's close to my house. The first time was OK, the second time I left wondering if I'd go back. After this last time I won't be returning. The two employees that were in there were nice but the place was dirty and things were strewn about haphazardly.
The manicurist didn't push my cuticles back prior to the applying the gel nor did he soak my fingers and trim around the nail bed. He didn't use gloves or a face mask leaving me to think what other corners he was cutting. Halfway through the job, three people walked in. The person that was doing my manicure seemed like they were in a bit of a rush. But it wasn't to get to the other customers. This was only confirmed when they left quickly after I was put under the UV dryer (which was half burnt out) Leaving the person doing pedicures to deal with all five of the customers on her own. Oh yeah, and drop everything she was juggling to pay me out.
After I left, I noticed my thumb nail was filed crookedly and the gel is a little uneven on two of my nails.
I won't be going back. And for the sake of the other hardworking employees here, I hope they can get it together.

This place was not the best. It was not very clean and I'm pretty sure the beck pillow they put on my neck had been used without being cleaned. My friends toenails had to be done three times because her polish would not dry. Although the service left a lot to be desired, the owner of the business was extremely sweet and tried her very best to make us welcome as well as relaxed.

Not a fan. I asked for a manicure that was described in the menu they provided and the nail tech didn't know what to do or what products to use. While I was getting a pedicure I say and waited for the boss to return so she could ask him. Then she painted my nails sloppy. Unimpressed.

I have tried this salon multiple times hoping for a better experience each time because it's so close to home. The best thing about this salon is that they have the pretty colored powder for acrylic nails. Each time I've been I've had a very long wait. The customer service is poor at best. Several times I've been treated as if I'm not even there. I really hate to give very poor reviews. The reason I'm finally writing this one is my last experience was exceptionally poor. I did not have to wait this time, which was the only good point of this visit. The nail tech that did my nails acted as if he was agitated and very distracted. He hurt my fingers with the drill several times. He even actually blew his nose into a drawer! Gross! Needless to say, I will not return. I can not in good conscience recommend this salon to anyone. I shall continue my search for a stellar salon in the Prairieville area...I'll let you know as soon as I find it!!

Missed the mark will be the title of my review. The location, great! The decor, Great! However, The service was, eh. I am writing this review in hopes the owner see it and makes changes. The concept of this salon was great. Elegant decor, a nice menu or services, very professional. If it hadnt been for the rudeness of the workers and the fact that their children were running around listening to LOUD techno music it would have been great. I was there 2 hours, and one worker which I think was the owner was sitting playing with her iphone and yelling at her children. I have three children of my own, I love children. HOWEVER, when I am getting an overpriced pedicure I dont want to have to deal with other peoples children. Hopefully the changes will be made or I think this business will be done.

I usually don't leave reviews but this experience was just really unacceptable. I've been coming to this nail shop for quite some time but this last visit left a bad taste in my mouth. It seems that there are two locations one in Prairieville and the other in Gonzales. I went to the Gonzales location and they had four people working two female & two male. I don't like leaving less than stellar reviews because some places have off days. It's part of business. But I've been here two other times before Bc it's close to my house. The first time was OK, the second time I left wondering if I'd go back. After this last time I won't be returning. The two employees that were in there were nice but the place was dirty and things were strewn about haphazardly.

This place was not the best. It was not very clean and I'm pretty sure the beck pillow they put on my neck had been used without being cleaned. My friends toenails had to be done three times because her polish would not dry. Although the service left a lot to be desired, the owner of the business was extremely sweet and tried her very best to make us welcome as well as relaxed.

I have tried this salon multiple times hoping for a better experience each time because it's so close to home. The best thing about this salon is that they have the pretty colored powder for acrylic nails. Each time I've been I've had a very long wait. The customer service is poor at best. Missed the mark will be the title of my review. The location, great! The decor, Great! However, The service was, eh. I am writing this review in hopes the owner see it and makes changes. The concept of this salon was great. Elegant decor, a nice menu or services, very professional. If it hadnt been for the rudeness of the workers and the fact that their children were running around listening to LOUD techno music it would have been great.
