I asked for shellac nails and one of the main (older) ladies proceeded to cut all my nails off! So now I have ugly stubs as nails. She then charged me for a full manicure with NO massage. Extremely disappointed and upset that I paid $35 to get my natural nails cut to nothing and not even get a hand massage that I PAID for. Won't be returning. Read Less

Loved Ann's. I went on my lunch break and the technician took me right away! My gel nails lasted for nearly 3 weeks (and I work with my hands daily. The polish even lasted through my beach trip!) I would highly recommend this salon! Read Less

I go there often, however the last two times my nails have look horrible and all they can say is sorry, I don't know what's causing this, but yet still charge me 30$ for something that doesn't look good. I don't have a problem paying for any service when it is done correctly. Very disappointed and will not return. Read Less

I have been to this salon several times now. The first visit was great. Ms. Kim was very nice and asked that I return for her to take care of my nails. On each return visit she asked another tech to tend to me. I have no idea what happened. On this visit, I took a seat to wait. After a few minutes Kim beckoned the young man at the front desk, whispered to him, and then he came to me and asked if I would mind waiting an hour! He spoke only to me. Did not advise anyone else that came in and sat to wait. I felt as if they were refusing me service so I left. I will not return to this salon ever again. The staff had become increasingly rude and standoffish. Again, I have no idea what happened to cause this change. I had a really nice experience the first time. Totally unprofessional and uncalled for. Terribly disappointed. If you are looking for a new salon in the Prairieville area, I suggest you keep looking. Read Less

This was my first visit to Ann's. I went here with my mother in law & sister in law for a Mother's Day treat. We were not disappointed! The staff were very friendly & talkative, but not overly so. We got Deluxe pedicures. They took time to clean, exfoliate & massage, even though there were other customers waiting. We also got manicures. I really liked how much she massaged my hands & arms. There was soft, relaxing music playing. There were also candles lit, which helped to take away from the smell of polish remover. The only reason I did not give Ann's 5 stars was because the shop was in need of a facelift. The service was definitely 5 stars & I will be a return customer. :) Read Less

I love Ann's Nails. I was a regular there until I moved to New Orleans full-time, and still try to get back there as often as I can. The staff is very friendly and efficient and their attention to detail is unmatched. Cindy is my favorite person there. She remembers your likes/dislikes, does a fantastic job with nails and brows, pays strict attention to proper products and maintains healthy nails, is always fun to talk to, and makes sure you're 100% happy before you leave. She also is a master at repairing chipped or broken nails without using tips-a huge plus in my book. Also great is the hot towel treatment that is standard with every pedicure, not an upsell like some other places. The owner also frequently has her 2 little dogs in there (they never bother and are adorable) and she is a delightful lady who treats you like a guest in her home. Seriously, Prairieville's best-kept beauty secret but too good not to share. I heard she might be expanding into New Orleans. I can only hope because I've experienced pretty good in NOLA, but never as good as Ann's. Read Less

Very friendly staff and a thorough job on my pedicure. They are also very patient with my 3-year-old when I bring her in with me to have her nails painted. The place isn't the most upscale or modern, but it gets the job done:) I keep coming back because it is consistent, convenient, and friendly. Read Less
