I WAS (keyword-was) a loyal customer to this establishment for YEARS (at least 6 or more). I came faithfully every 2 weeks. My Mother and my Grandmother have come as well. The shop is not far from where I live so it was convenient to stop in. MOST of the employees are really nice. There is one VERY RUDE young man who was insulting and who called me (a Minister in my community) a liar 3 times with a shop FULL of people. This is why: I came in needing a FULL SET of nails. He tried to convince me to just do a fill in. He has done this before when he doesn’t feel like taking time to soak off the nails…etc. Then after about a week, your nails will BREAK because you needed a new set. My nails were just about lifting and cracking because they were very old and needed to be done completely over. So, he reluctantly let me soak in the acetone (which is not great for the skin) as he served other customers. I always get gel polish (and the shop knows this…they can just about pick out my colors for me because I’ve been going so long). However, he (not caring or listening) actually polished my nails with a color I did not request. When I pointed out that it was not the color I wanted, he called me a liar! I was so hurt by this. His co-workers agreed that he was out of place and agreed that I should not have to pay for my nails at all, HOWEVER, he was never made to apologize for his actions. As I was leaving, one employee apologized for him and said that he could not make him apologize on that occasion because he was busy with someone else, but that on my next visit he would. I promised them that they would NEVER get another dime of my money (about $2,640.00 annually) if I did not get the apology. He talked to me like I was NOTHING after spending my hard earned dollars with them. This shows that you are just a dollar sign and NOT a person. I PASS THEM happily to get my nails done with another person that values my business. Read Less
