I used to live in Brusly and would go here years ago. I went home recently to visit family and decided to get my nails done here. The man who I assume is the owner looked like he was pissed that I had the audacity to walk through the threshold of his business doors. I should have left at that point because it is usually an indicator they are about to do a sloppy job at your expense. Too bad I didn't leave and I left with a set of super thick, carelessly applied set of gel nails. Ladies, when the staff acts like this, DO NOT let them touch your nails! Read Less

Had my nails done on Thursday to the tune of $45 for pink and white acrylic. They looked great but by Saturday I had cracks going through half my nails at the point where the white and pink met. One nail completely cracked all the way through to my real nail and was pretty dang painful. I had to super glue and tape it to prevent ripping my real nail off. First thing Monday morning I go back in to have them fixed and was told I needed a refill... It's only been 4 days! I was also told the acrylic was cracked because I had to have hit them and made them crack. Five of my ten nails mind you. Even though it was very obvious that they were all cracked in the same place. Told I would be charged $18 to fix them. I've broken plenty nails and If I had caused them to break I would have no problem paying for the repairs but this wasn't something I did. I didn't hit or break a single nail. This was faulty application or possibly old out dated materials being used, maybe both. I just know I didn't break or crack 5 nails since Thursday and I think any business should stand by their work and try to offer some common decency to their customers. The lady was so very rude and just down right Mean! Well, I paid the $18 to fill and repair the one nail and they now look all lumpy and just plain ugly! I should have just had her remove them but was scared she would hurt me in doing so. I will certainly never spend a dime there again! Read Less

Unprofessional and quite rude. Not properly ventilated. My 2 cents: There are too many salons in the nearby area to settle for this one.

first of all it took 3 hours to get a mani & pedi. secondly, they totally ripped me off. they did not remove my nail polish fully, my left hand is longer than the right and they sold me acrylic nails as gel nails. i had a feeling they werent gel nails, bc i have seen other people's nails and mine looked like acrylics. i told him gel nails twice and asked him if it was gel nails and he said yes. so i did some research online and it turns out they scammed me. online they said scammers will often use powder first, then a thick gel-like polish, and put your nails under a UV light. BUT GEL NAILS NEVER USE POWDER, like the acrylics do. they use the gel-like polish and UV light to throw you off. its a total shame. who knows how many people in brusly are walking around with fake, gel nails.
