Terrible. I’ve come here a few times before brought people and obviously returned and they do an okay enough job for me to return. Not a good enough job to overwrite today. I come in on a FRIDAY AFTER...
Terrible. I’ve come here a few times before brought people and obviously returned and they do an okay enough job for me to return. Not a good enough job to overwrite today. I come in on a FRIDAY AFTERNOON at 3pm to get a single nail fixed. One. They put the tip on with glue and leave me sitting there as They continue to tell me that the one person that apparently does this is “on her way”. that continues for over a half an hour. Four technicians and no one knows how to do acrylic?! On a Friday?! 45 mins later she shows up. Puts the powder on and stops to do take off polish for someone who clearly is a regular as she waltzes in 20 seconds earlier with her dog. Are all of these other people incapable of removing her nail polish or what? Is she incapable of waiting but I am?! I mean how long would it take to file and polish my ONE NAIL. 5 minutes ?! Ten. No. I wasted an hour and still don’t have my nail done. Just ridiculous.

5 out of 5 always recommend! Love this place, and the staff is just wonderful. Very clean! They do amazing work, the spa pedicure is a must.

I found this salon in the warehouse area . Hidden gem. Loved the entertainment they treat everyone like there close friends . I felt so happy when I left with great new nail design.

Pedicure was great. Service was friendly. The male working there (possibly owner or manager) was very loud and constantly talking on his phone and clearly irritated with the caller. The space is on the smaller side so it was a little difficult to relax because of that. The chairs are comfortable and it's decorated nicely.

Hands down the best nail salon I've been to in New Orleans. I'm from NYC and am used to really capable nail techs and until I tried out La Rouge I was totally disappointed with the salons in NOLA. It's reasonably priced, the staff is super friendly and I can't get over how great they are at acrylics. And I'm never in the for more than 45 minutes, which is unreal compared to other places! This pic is of my acrylics 10 days after having them done, no chips, no breaks! La Rouge does an amazing job!!

Ann sat me down and did a superb job! It was EVERYTHING I could have dreamed of plus what I asked for! I asked for a polish change and Tam did great! I’m so glad we found a place of this caliber!

Clean and friendly with a decent selection of colors. The service was quick and there really wasn't anywhere to sit while you waited for your nails to dry. The chairs were comfortable.The only downfall was that the girl that did my nails scuffed it and caused a smudge which she didn't fix despite pointing it out. She rang me out at the counter and then ran about her way to play with another clients puppy and start a spa for the next customer. I brought it to her attention twice and she just nodded that she would fix it. She then played it off as looking fine.It's one thing if I messed up my own nail but when the manicurist does I would hope they would fix it.

While visiting I found this place online. I had to ask someone in the area where it was because it is actually inside of an apartment building in a mixed use development. The staff was very professional and the tech did a great job on my nails. The shop is very "posh" and welcoming. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience!

What a wonderful place to get a Mani/ pedi or a set of nails!! Everyone was so welcoming, and super sweet. I think I talked the whole time My French tipped acrylic nails are beautiful, and so is my pedicure. The entire salon is super clean, and auto claved instruments are used. The prices are also super reasonable, which is rare in this city! This is my new nail salon in Nola!

I have been looking for a salon for a few weeks and visited this salon as a walk in. The service was good and both my acrylic fill and pedicure were exactly what I wanted. The salon staff don't offer too many extra amenities like other places sometimes do (i.e. Something to drink, massages, hot stones, etc) but they do a quality job on shaping, cuticles, and callous removal. My acrylic fill cost a little more than I normally pay but the shape is good and the technician took everything I asked into account. I've been looking for a basic and reliable salon - this one is a winner.

They overbooked our bridal party appointment with other appointments, so for the five of us to get our nails done took much longer than expected.
Normally I don't mind my cuticles being shaped, but I'm not a fan of having them ripped off - I asked the girl working on my toes to be careful and she apologized said "I can be rough" then resumed as if I'd said nothing.
There are two walls of nail polish, the employees will point you towards the wall of gel polish. They will charge you an additional $20 for gel. We should have read the pricing more carefully first, but they tricked the entire party into that one.
I was sitting next to a friend getting a pedicure too, she got the same service and was massaged after her toes were painted. For me, I was told "you're done now. You can leave." immediately after my toes were painted.

Absolutely amazing! Not only were the nails done well, the prices can't be beat. They also made suggestions for drinks and fun afterwards! Anyone on a trip from out of town, should stop by for their friendly and superior service. We walked in with a group of four people and had no issues!

While visiting I found this place online. I had to ask someone in the area where it was because it is actually inside of an apartment building in a mixed use development. The staff was very professional and the tech did a great job on my nails. The shop is very "posh" and welcoming. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience!
