I love, love, love how the staff here treated me.This was my very first time get my nails done. The staff took like 15 minutes to thoroughly explain what everything was.I went here for my birthday and they serviced me so good.When I got my feet done, they massaged and gave it numerous treatment. The lady wasn't too quiet or too talkative and I enjoyed it.I went with their staff recommendation to get fake nails and it was SO BEAUTIFUL.I left feeling great!+1 for the queer/trans friendly staff !I paid 60 for a full set (I tipped 20) so it's a nice service.I go here occasionally! After having my daughters nails done elsewhere for an event, we were lucky to end up at City Nails to have them fixed. She had acrylic nails applied and they were lifting off the next day.  I wasn't happy. City Nails took her immediately, fixed the problem and we were out of the door.  Her nails looked great, she received a 10% student discount, and we were happy campers.They're located on Robert E. Lee, and there's parking in front and on the street that runs alongside the building.  It's a small place, and it can get a little crowded on the weekends, but I think going on a weeknight would alleviate that issue. Amazing service and perfect nails every time I go. I like that they really pamper you and it is quick but not rushed! Only complaint is how an appointment is almost always needed -- but it's because they are great and everyone loves the place! Great prices as well- love that if you pay in cash, you get 10% off. Side note : I am ROUGH on my acrylic nails and everywhere else I have gone I have to get a refill every week- I went three weeks and they were sill on good and still looked good. My nails are looking great! Nylien was wonderful. She really did a fantastic job. I called at 9:30 and they were able to get me in for an appointment at noon. once I got there, everyone was super attentive and I didn't have to wait past my appointment slot at all. In addition to great service, the prices are very fair. I got the basic mani and deluxe pedicure for $45. I will definitely be making regular visits. Read Less

Came here for a pedi thanks to an ad I saw on Facebook. It was a very pleasant experience, and the basic pedicure included a lot for to be basic. The shop was very clean and the workers were very friendly and nice. I will definitely return for pedicures. Read Less

Great little salon with the the nicest staff ice ever encountered.  They took such good care of me and my elderly mother- giving her the utmost in pampering and good humor.  I believe the guy who took care of her was named Yung and the guy who took care of me was named Hiep.  Both were so friendly and jovial, they were downright entertaining!  They offered free drinks while getting our pedicures , which was a nice surprise and offered the upgraded services without being pushy about it at all. The prices were quite reasonable , the service was excellent and the nails look beautiful.  The place is on the small side and can get pretty crowded pretty quickly- especially on a Saturday, so I suggest making an appointment. Best nail salon I've ever been to. The place is beautiful, quiet and relaxing and the manicurists are excellent!!! They go the extra mile with massage, flower petals in the water for pedicures and they are very sweet. I always go there when I fly in from Mexico City! Read Less
