Atrocious customer service​. After two years of gentle nail service, the tables turned. My Mom had unintentionally left her wallet at home. Mom is forgetful these days. I have been to nail Z before for eyebrow wax & no problem so i need a refill asap & my normal go to nail salon was far i decided i will go to  nail Z next to home BIG MISTAKE I went in & was told 20 minutes.  I understood & waited . Finally i was served & this lady said refill i went to her station i said American manicure she looked at me clueless & i think the owner next to her  said no that to natural so I  picked pink . Well she removed my Polish and then she saw a man who had finished with his client was available she pointed & said move me to him. He was so unfriendly.  He did i refilled so thick. Well before he polished me i asked may i pay he said oh yea. Charge me & handed the receipt to the lady who i think is owner & she Polish me while  he worked on this other lady hands while the clueless lady did her pedi. I was able to make a pedicure appointment the day before. Even though it was crowded when I go there for my 2:00 Friday appointment, I was able to be seated right away. After picking out my polish, which they had a nice selection of, she started the pedicure about 5 min after 2pm. She was finished around 2:40 which was perfect since I was on my lunch break. Everyone was very friendly. $28 for a pedicure which comes with an exfoiliating scrub on your calves and a massage.  This will def be my go to spot for any future lunch break nail services from now on.
