My mom and I had been going here multiple times earlier last year and the service was always pretty good. Fast forward to September 2, 2017, the day BEFORE my wedding. My mom and I had appointments for 2 mani/pedis. When we got there, there was a bridal party that was crowding the place. Our technicians finally took us back for our pedis when they realized my mom's nails needed to be sanded down (the powdered stuff was on them still). They had her waiting for about 20 minutes... and while she was waiting, my technician finished my pedicure. By the time my mom got back for hers, the water was cold and they didn't even refresh it for her, and I was already at the dryer. The manager did my acrylics and I repeatedly told her they were crooked and uneven and she would lightly file at them then go on as she greeted everyone who came in and spoke to them while looking away from my hands. I told her I wanted a silver lining across the white tip and she chose to put a glitter polish over my acrylics instead. Due to it being the day before my wedding, us not being done until almost noon, I had zero time to get my nails redone. I was nearly in tears. We had never had issues with them until this time. If I could rate this place a 0 I would. Jackie the manager was very rude and disrespectful. Had my nails done on New Years Eve for the holidays, a gel color change no chip, and it lasted only 5 HOURS and peeled off. Jackie said she would not fix them and was raising her voice on the phone while explaining what happened. Worst place ever and terrible customer service. She didnt even offer and when asked she refused to redo them. 25 dollars waisted at this place. If you want your nails done professionally I would highly recommend to not go to this place. Read Less

I was not impressed with this salon. My pedicure lasted 17 minutes. Not the relaxing experience I was looking for. The women next to me was already in the middle of her pedicure when I sat down. I was finished with mine 10 minutes before she was.The nail tech only used one coat of polish and it is not evenly applied. I also have polish on my skin from her trying to clean up her edges. I am pregnant and it's hard for me to bend down and see my toes. I did not see the quality of my nails before I left. Read Less

I have only visited Signature Nails & Spa for pedicures but have been VERY happy with my service every time. The design of the space is appealing, the pedicure chairs are comfortable and functional, the meticulous attention to detail with regard to cleanliness and sanitation is obvious, and the staff is friendly and conversational. This was one of the worst experiences I have had. I book my bridal party to get their nails done. When I got there she yelled at me that I was early. We were set for 9:30 but she kept yelling at me it was 10 am. One of my bridesmaids wanted the same color as someone else. They were told 'pick another color. I'm not waiting'. The entire staff was pushy and rude and made us feel like we were an inconvenience. One of my bridesmaids left and Jackie (the manager who was also yelli...ng at me earlier about what time we arrived) started yelling she left without paying. I asked her if she was sure and she told me 'I double and triple check everything. I know she didn't!' When I called my bridesmaid she assured me she paid with a credit card. Turns out - she paid! No apology from Jackie. Then when we went to leave and my mother paid for the services she made her feel bad she didn't tip enough and told her she needed to tip more. I will NEVER go back and I do not recommend this establishment to ANYONE. It was stressful and never should have been two days before my wedding. Not to mention some of the girls nails were chipping 1-2 days later! The establishment is nice however the attitude and lack of respect we received was amazing!! I have been having my nails and pedicures done by Jackie and her wonderful staff for over 10 years! Yes I have followed her to any location! I have always been pampered and made to feel beautiful! I love my technician Victoria, but have had several others do my nails and pedicures when Victoria was not in. I called this morning to see if they had time to do a full set new and a pedicure they told me yes I went in wrote down my name wrote that I was there for a full set and a pedicure they did my pedicure after my pedicure I went and sat by the girl to do my full set and she soaked my fingers she did my cuticles and started to go put polish on when I told her that I wanted a full set she kind of got mad and upset with me that I didn't tell her when she first started this is my f...irst time at this place wasn't really sure how they did things she said something to the zoom manager and she said to give me a discount on my manicure that I did not want the girl did my nails and told me because my nails were wet from the manicure that I had a 50-50 chance of them staying on which was nice of her she did a beautiful job I love my nails she did a great job when I went to go pay for my nails she charged me $55 for my nails $5 for the manicure I did not want and 35 for my pedicure now when I looked at their services from their website it said that a new full set of gel nails with $30 was very unhappy that I was charged an extra $20 for gel nail polish when I can go to anywhere else that uses the same kind of gel nail polish and they only charge you an extra $5 did an amazing job I love my nails I love my pedicure I was just very unsatisfied with how they went around with pricing of everything had I known they were going to charge $20 extra for gel nail polish I would never have gotten it See More Read Less

Really love Tiffany, Jan, Blair and all of the girls here. They've done my hair for pretty much every important event in my life. From hair, nails, makeup, facials and massages they have you covered. And the prices are very reasonable. In a pinch usually there is somebody who can see you the same day. Over the years they have become like an extended family and they will always do exactly what you ask. Blair even does airbrush makeup!  Super sweet ladies with no pretension at all. All ages and genders welcome. And no shitty pop music playing and stylists that act like they know more than you do. A+ Read Less
