Went in for a pedicure and got the worse one ever. She barely scrubbed my feet at all. I kept waiting for the pedicurist to trim my nails and I finally had to ask her to right before she painted them. Then she did not file them after she trimmed them. I asked her to trim a little more and then they were jagged. I had to ask her to file them again. She also missed several spots when she was painting my nails. I'm new to the area. I thought I would give this shop a try. I went in and ask for a refill for my gel nails. I was given something completely different. The tech cut three of my cuticles. My nails were unevenly filed, and painted quickly. The completed look was cheap and sloppy. I was then told that my refill was $38.00. I felt that this shop was misleading. Read Less

First off, the place is clean and they have nice massage chairs (not every place I've been to has them!) I got a pedicure with a foot massage package. They were speedy & efficient (only took 35 minutes) while still giving time for a mini foot massage. The pricing was good- I went one step above basic and it included a foot massage. I'll definitely return. The reason I'm withholding one star is- the actual pedicure was not the most precise I've ever gotten- my toes look good but not great. Also, the exfoliation was almost a little too rough as they massage the scrub in to your calves.  Other than that, a very good place which I'll likely return soon. Read Less

5 stars for pedicure 3 stars for manicure.Pedicure was fab I would recommend the $40 one awesome. Manicure 3 gel nails a mess by the time I got back to hotel. The drying process "machine had lots of residue" then was put in 3 minutes at a time. Not empresses with manicure. My nails are short were not filed evenly :( Go for the pedicure. One of the techs that did not do either was more warm and welcoming than the tech I had. I asked if Led lights I still do not have the answer I just know the machine was nasty! Read Less
