I had the worst treatment with my hair. I spent 8 hours in the chair and came out with fried hair! He charged me $210 with my hair completely messed up. I asked for no blonde and red and that exactly what I got. Wasn’t even blonde it was like kraft cheese! The night before he dyed my hair and it was so bad... so he said to come back the next day at 6 am and he would fix it. I agreed, cake back and hours later left with wet hair and in tears!! Had to go get it fixed again the next day before a photoshoot. I then texted him and ask him for some kind of refund, he didn’t even really apologize for my hair. So, was Still charged for the whole price of $210. I didn’t think it was fair, and if I was the owner of the salon( like he is) I would’ve refunded or not charged in the first place. I would want my customers happy! I could’ve been fired from my job (modeling) and I would’ve lost more money due to my hair!! So let down/angry about Bruce I will try and put pics up of what he did to my hair! I waited to write these reviews thinking I’d get an apology or refund! Nothing. So- I write reviews. Read Less

I wanted dark chocolate!  He tried to tell me it was my box color-( which I understand Black is hard to get out, but, my other hair people said it should've never looked the way it did).
