I had a prenatal massage with Amanda this morning and was impressed. She has amazing technique, flow, and pressure. I would highly recommend her!

LOVED my services at the O Spa! Jillian gave me a fantastic facial that included an arm massage that made me feel like I was floating on a cloud! Sierra did my massage and was very thorough and enjoyable. This is my new spot and the Northshore's best kept secret. Booking was easy and prices were just right. Very impressed and will be returning for more spa services in the future.

Quite an unpleasant experience. The pamphlet describes the $35.00 manicure in a way that is not true to the reality of what you receive. There is no hand massage or lotion used. They do not even soak ...
Quite an unpleasant experience. The pamphlet describes the $35.00 manicure in a way that is not true to the reality of what you receive. There is no hand massage or lotion used. They do not even soak your hands (you are told to wash them in the bathroom). The gel nails peel and chip after 3-4 days which is a shockingly brief manicure life for shellac. The nail technician was kind but she destroyed my cuticle and buffed the skin right off of a finger. Cuts and chemicals make for a painful day at the spa not to mention that "ripped off" feeling after paying a higher than average price for a less than adequate product. Very disappointing considering how much I love the athletic club. Maybe I will try for a better experience from the massage therapists but I will not be returning for a manicure or pedicure.

She holds back muffins for special customers.breakfeast is they're all stuck up. Very pricey.
