I don’t really do reviews myself but I felt the need to review this place. I’ve come to this salon quite a few times & always thought it was a nice little place until now. I may have had a few issues but nothing that made me not want to go back. I went in just to get the gel off my real nails and told the lady I didn’t want to get them redone after she asked if I wanted to or not. She questioned me on why I didn’t want them redone and had a weird attitude the whole time because I didn’t want to spend the extra money to get them redone. She asked, “Who did your nails? They didn’t do a good job. Why did you go there?” As if I had to explain myself to her. Very unprofessional. When I was done, I paid for the service & politely said, “Thank you” to which I didn’t get a response. Mind you, the customer before me was told, “You're welcome, have a nice day” after she thanked them. I won’t be going back. No loss for me.

They are always super slow.. I used to wait 3 hours just to get anything done, now, I made an appointment thinking that would make a difference and IT DIDN’T! They’re time management is horrible with ...
They are always super slow.. I used to wait 3 hours just to get anything done, now, I made an appointment thinking that would make a difference and IT DIDN’T! They’re time management is horrible with or without an appointment.. they seem to prioritize people who tip them, but I won’t tip for poor service of waiting forever. And since when nail shops don’t have price lists anymore. I got charged $55 dollars to be there for 4 hours and a crooked nail with rude service from the mother. They lost yet another customer.

If I could give no stars I would. Worse experience I ever had. Were rude and did not listen to what I wanted. After not being satisfied I just left and said nothing. Now being 2 days later 2 of my nails popped off already. I will not return to this location again. Messed up around my nails too.

This place is usually very slow. They have had two people here every time I've came. On one occasion I sat for and hour and 15 mins to get my eyebrows and nails done. They are very slow, and the place is very congested. I'll be going somewhere else.

Horrible service! I visted a month ago but they were too busy to serve me or even greet me at the door. However, trying to understand they were busy I stopped by again. I only wanted my eyebrows waxed...
Horrible service! I visted a month ago but they were too busy to serve me or even greet me at the door. However, trying to understand they were busy I stopped by again. I only wanted my eyebrows waxed so thought I'd go once they opened. The elderly greeted me so I was pleased. I asked her to shape my brows but not too thin. I dont think she knew how to do it. So I tried to guide her but they still didnt come out right. I politely explained that I wasn't happy with it. She ignored me and walked to the back and just left me standing there! I wasnt going to argue so i sat the money on the mirror and proceeded to the door. The young lady approached me asking me to pay. I explained to her that I left it in the back and asked her to fix my brows. She said "No! We gave you what you wanted. I will never go there again. I can't speak about their nail sevice but they are not skilled in eyebrows and dont forget the horrible customer service!!!!!!

I walked in at 3:00 on a Saturday and no one other clients were there!! Score, right? WRONG! I wanted a pedicure and solar pink and white nails. She said, "no problem." She wrapped my fingers so that ...
I walked in at 3:00 on a Saturday and no one other clients were there!! Score, right? WRONG! I wanted a pedicure and solar pink and white nails. She said, "no problem." She wrapped my fingers so that my old pink and white set would start soaking so they could be removed. Next, she started my "deluxe" pedicure but half way thru it, she stopped to paint someone else's nails (finger and toe nails) so I waited for about 10 to 15 minutes. Finally, after a 90 minute far from deluxe pedicure, she then told the lady, Cindi wasn't in and she is through inky one that does pink and whites, however, she called her and said she would come in at 5 so since it was only 30 minutes, I thought I'd wait. So I did and when 5:45 came around and she still hadn't come so I paid for my pedicure and left. Every single time I come to this place, it's the same thing...wait forever and switch between clients and the services take SO LONG. I've had enough this time so I had to speak up. This place sucks!

I know I didnt have an appointment.When I walked in they asked me what I wanted I said both. I picked my color and waited my turn. Other customer were comming in and the lady got up told them a time she will be available. After about an hour without any one telling me I be right with you, not untill I walked out the she come run after me said we ready for you.So, I came back in they filled up the water its was cold. Waited another 10 min Now I have someone doing my feet. I have had my nails done here before and had no problem. But today for a Saturday I think they were short staff. Will not be back unless I have an appointment. I did 3 stars because I see yall working hard but just need more people on a Saturday.

Clean and very professional. Had a wonderful experience and will be a returning customer! It is also nice to know, that you can make an appointment. Walk-ins are welcomed.

I don’t really do reviews myself but I felt the need to review this place. I’ve come to this salon quite a few times & always thought it was a nice little place until now. I may have had a few issues but nothing that made me not want to go back. I went in just to get the gel off my real nails and told the lady I didn’t want to get them redone after she asked if I wanted to or not. Horrible service! I visted a month ago but they were too busy to serve me or even greet me at the door. However, trying to understand they were busy I stopped by again. Clean and very professional. Had a wonderful experience and will be a returning customer! It is also nice to know, that you can make an appointment. Walk-ins are welcomed.
