Paid $40 with tip 3 weeks ago. Went in today for a fill and they said I needed a new full set for $25 and that I needed to had to come in last week for the fill. Well, they looked the same way last week. Obviously they did a crappy job initially. I even told them when I got them done the first time that my nails grew fast and I work a lot with my hands. I webt in yesterday to get my old set taken off and a new set put on. Well the women taking off my nails (I'm not sure her name but she's an older women) ended up ripping a chunk of my nail off. I told her after that, that I won't be getting the new set and she got upset and told me it was 10 dollars that I owe for taking my old set off which last time I went it was 5 so I told her and she was quick to say that oh I forgot you're right it's 5. I will never go back there again. I got a manicure and gel polish. First off she was so rough doing my manicure and she was in a rush and didn't file the sides of my nails just the top. The gel polish peeled half way off one of my nails the same night. The next day the rest of the gel peeled off my nail. By the forth day they were all lifting and peeled right off. The gel polish did not even last a whole week on my nails. Read Less

My manicure he did not even clean the wall paint that was around my cuticle. He did not put a topcoat on top of my nail. He was more irritated that I didn't want fake nails. He barely shape them all of them started peeling. Did not even paint the side of the nails. It was the younger guyThen I told him I had Jill on my toenails needed that soaked off did not want the machine. He commences to peeling it off with a metal nail file. I said oh no please don't do that please soak it off with acetone. Nope this guy wanted to do it his way and get me out.   The pedicure lady was nice enough but did not file down my toenails much at all. They are so rude . 1st they gave me the wrong price on my nails and tried to argue and the price list was infront me . Then I wanted my baby nails done , they tell me after I have gotten mine done already that she is too small (2 years old) that they can not do them . I would never go here again. Read Less

They did not want to take the time to listen to what I wanted. I asked multiple times during the process so they would correct the problems as my nails were not up to par and they were not what I, as the customer, wanted and was paying for. She refused to reshape. Wouldn't take the length off my nails (I wanted them shorter because I work construction and didn't want to much wear and tear on my nails or for them to get in the way). They grew out and we're ready for a refill within the WEEK! My nails were all different lengths and none matched in shape. Their only worry was getting off their shift not customer satisfaction.. I'm from Houston visiting family and one of my lashes came off. Today is Sunday so my choices are very limited. I went to Regal nails to get them redone...big mistake. First of all, you have to sign a consent form which I never had to do. Let's just say I ended up taking them off and  getting them fixed some where else. In Houston, we have Seva salons in our walmart who specialize in eyebrows,  lashes and facials. I paid dearly for this mistake..never again Read Less
