The service was impeccable. Hannah did my beautiful ombré names and Mannie did my deluxe pedicure, which is VERY worth the money. This was my third time going on yesterday and it was horrible. First John (ponytail on top his head)filed my nails to short. Second every nude color I picked they didn't have. Third he's not a very good polisher, it's not even around my cuticles. Fourth and most important before I went to bed at 11pm I noticed my nails peeling the polish was coming off in the corners both thumbs and my pinky. Trust and believe I won't go back ever again. Used to be my favorite place for mani/pedi shellac. Since they moved into their new location, the prices have gone up and the service level dropped all the way down. They rush everything and my shellac comes off within 2 to 3 days. I have lived in Houston and New York and don't mind paying for good service but this is terrible. The new techs are not worth the money you pay. John and Hannah are the only two left that I recognize. John always does an amazing job but he's usually busy when I get there. I recently found Kelvin and Lilly, two of their former employees. Kelvin treats you like royalty! You can find him at 2235 Maplewood @Model Nail Spa in Sulphur. Absolutely horrible experience. Waited 2 hours for a pedicure & the lady totally messed up my toe nail polish & when asked to fix, she half way did it. My nails are ok, one is misshaped but after being in the nail shop for 4 hours total... I just took it and left! Never again will I go back but the receptionist guy is Awesome!!!Read Less

I've tried this place twice since it moved locations, needless to say I won't be going back. An older lady name Ann painted my nails and it looks like a two year old painted them, I went back the next day for them to repaint them and the service was no better. I chose a polish to match my feet and they are two different colors and the only thing they said was "I don't know but it's the same color." i am usually not one to write reviews but i had such horrible customer service. i waited patiently over an hour. 2 ladies that came in after me, got up very impatient and proceeded to storm out. the nail techs rushed up and told them to stay and they could start on them immediately ! let me remind you that me and another young lady waited over an hour. the front desk clerk notified the techs that we were supposed to be first but they ignored him and continued on the ladies na...ils .so this is what my patience gets me ? cut with 2 ladies getting there nails done before me. overall, they are very slow. they have plenty of techs yet the wait is always so long. once it was finally my turn the tech rushed on my nails and applied a very thin coat of shellac refill on my nails. i at least should have received some type of discount for my patience and politeness but all i got was a rushed nail job and rude people. will never go to this place again See More Read Less

I have been getting my nails done every 3 weeks for three years and I'm VERY picky. I recently moved to lake Charles in August and tried a few salons out. Then I tried this one based on recommendation. And now I go there and no where else to get my nails done.       They have so many options (I do colored acrylic) and they actually listen when I ask them to file more or sand more . They've never been rude to me, they stay very busy all the time so they are always focused. My "new sets" usually cost me 40$ which is fair (you get what you pay for) but they give you a punch card for 5$ off.        They recently moved locations and gave me a 10% off discount. Plus a 5$ off next visit, plus my punch card. I've only gotten a pedi here once. It was ok. My nails always look good though. The key is being specific and speaking up! I'll post a pic. If you go, do it during the day before Friday. Their weekends are jam packed and you'll be waiting . I take my 2&1/2 year old son and they're so nice to him. Also- I personally like Linda.
