Worst Experience I've ever had at a nail salon. Terrible customer service by the lady with the tattooed eyebrows. I was told that the designer didn't have time for me anymore and she was going to do the design nails. Clearly not her expertise and she still TRIED to make me pay full price. Don't go herr! *EMBARRASSED TO HAVE THESE NAILS* I got a full set coffin tip but only like a few were decent enough to be called coffin. The girl who did my nails obviously didn't care if they were even or all the same length. I tried to correct her multiple times but she brushed off my concerns like I was complaining, she barely tried to fix her mistakes. Worst place EVER!!! They don't used plastic cover for pedi. That's a No No. They will give u a price on front but once you sit, they will show u the differences prices for a mani or pedi and they WILL PRESURE U to get a expensive one. Don't let them!!! Got my nails done two days ago. I was referred by someone online. I showed the lady a picture of matte black coffin nails. Nothing spectacular. I wanted it with the nail forms, not the tips she said she can only use the tips but she can do it. She was rough with a bad attitude. She cut a few of my fingers with the nail clippers, not the cuticles but like the skin around the end of my natural nails and my pinkie with with the electric file thing. My pinkie started to bleed. When more clients came in she started to rush me out of her chair. Her work was sloppy. There was leftover acrylic that dripped dry on the side of my nails and they do have a few imperfections, not very smooth on a few. I had to file it down to kind of the way I wanted them. I paid 40$. My nails aren't even matte. At most it's a dull shine. Read Less

Im warning you Now, no matter how bad you need your nails done NEVER go here!!!!! I can honestly say this is the worst place I have EVER been to in my life. They have the WORST service and attitudes ever!!!!! If I would have been paying them out of my pocket I would HAVE NOT payed them!!!!! They do nails very fast and sloppy, they just throw the stuff on your nails, they don't shape anything up, they don't even anything out, they just throw it on your nails and keep moving. Then if you ask for something specifically, instead of them saying it would be extra, they say they don't or they won't do it.
