Disappointing experience for my wife. She said the service was poor and the quality of the product was poor (her gel nails started chipping and coming off after a few days). The manager (Tuna) didn't even call me back after I called with my concern. Speaking with Ty, the owner of Luxurious Nails (who also owns several other nail shops in the area), was a nightmare...he was very rude and unprofessional. AVOID LUXURIOUS NAILS! My wife went to Elegant Nails on Kaliste Saloom and had a wonderful experience.

I went in for a refill which is only $12 and ended up being charged $20. When I questioned them I was told that I was charged for them filing down my nails to the almond shape they were already and it...
I went in for a refill which is only $12 and ended up being charged $20. When I questioned them I was told that I was charged for them filing down my nails to the almond shape they were already and it was extra to get ONE nail fixed. At normal price a full set is only $20. When I mentioned that the manager caught attitude with me. This is not the way to treat a customer whose been coming for the past few months. I could have taken all my nails off and got a fresh set for that price.

Very pleasant...and the guy (didn't get his name) and the staff was Absolutely Awesome!!! My pedicure and full set are beautiful!!! Will definitely be bk!! 😉😊

My coworkers and I all go here. They did a gorgeous job on my nails for my wedding. I've been to other places, and because I have Fibromyalgia, my fingers hurt for at least 3 days. The manager Tyson and another girl (Asian-can't recall her name) have both done my nails and not once have I been in pain afterward--I was very surprised and grateful.
I love the decor, it's very comfortable and calming. No one is speaking another language all the time, so I don't feel like I'm being talked about right in front of me. They are very professional and pay great attention to detail. Best job on my nails that I've ever had--they are eager to please and understand customer service.

The manager (Tuna) didn't even call me back after I called with my concern.
