The service provider left my nails with ridges and bubble looking. After attempting to fix them, they still charged me for gel polish after I insisted leaving with just clear. I will have to get them fixed elsewhere. With being in the service industry I don’t believe in charging a client for something that was a cause from myself. This salon was recommended to me by my new neighbor which I love because it is located at the entrance of our little subdivision. The two ladies, Ann and Julie, that worked on me were very sweet, attentive and efficient without making me feel rushed. I had a hot stone massage pedi & manicure with color shellac. Understaffed and overbooked. My sister and I went in for each a manicure and a pedicure and it took over 3 hours. During my manicure I had 3 different girls working on my nails. None of the girls spent more than 5 minutes on my nails before going see about someone else that walked in. I will never come back here! Read Less
