So for starters they do the best dip nails and pedis in lafayette all the other suck so bad. Over here they take there time even though there is a wait it is worth the wait. I moved here from Texas 4 years ago a tried several different nail salons before I found all nails. They take time on you feet and nails. They charge just for a refill which include refill, cut down and polish the only thing that is extra is the designs and that not expensive. Other shop charge you for a nail refill then cut down , polish and designs.They have ways done a wonderful job on my nails and feet. Read Less

This is my go to salon for my pedicures, yesterday I took my grand daughter with me to get her nails done while I got a pedicure. It was a weird experience! 3 different people worked on her nails just leaving her sitting! And a new lady was there who did my pedicure and she was very rough and paid no attention to me at all, she was too busy looking around in the salon. The whole experience was just weird! Read Less

I have been going to all nails for years. Within the past 8 months or so the girl doing my nails was a nightmare. She was rough cutting me numerous times, leaving clumps of acrylic under my nails then ignoring my request to file it down. My nails have been uneven, and had huge humps in my acrylic. I absolutely loved this nail salon for a long time and recommended all of my friends and family until now. I gave the shop numerous chances to keep my continued business, (I am not one to go without my nails done) but enough is enough. I recently switched to a new salon and when she did my nails for the first time I was mortified because of the sloppy work. I will never step foot into this nail salon again. Read Less

Went here for the first time today & was very impressed! Got a mani/pedi done in less than 2 hours. They were very professional and results were perfect. The massage pedicure chair was one of the best I've ever experienced and their rates were very reasonable. And being open on a Sunday was extremely convenient! Will definitely be back! Read Less

I'm sitting in the pedicure chair for at least 30 minutes maybe more waiting, feet soaking, water ice cold, not one time did someone walk over to even add more hot water, change the water, or try to check on me. Two other customers walk in and immediately receive services, neither one waited, simply picked a Polish and went straight to the chair. It was horrible! It was at least a 35 minute wait! We were on a time crunch and they didn't even listen to what we were saying to them. They listed to all of the other clients except for us.
