This place is the BEST nail salon around! Customers travel miles just get their nails done here. Annie works so hard to make sure your nails are perfect and exactly how you like them. They work their arses off!!! Yes you might have to wait a little during busy times but you know you're not going to be rushed through your appointment. Since you have no way of receiving messages here, as a page, I will leave here the comments, and photos. I find it ridiculous to have my nails done less than a week ago, and for them to get ruined so fast. Either your work is poor, or the products you use are of the lowest quality. Actually both. The guy was so stingy with the top coat finish that you could barely see it on the nail. My nails look discolored, they lost all initial colour. I do not work with my hands in water ...or substances, I do not hand wash anything, nor I believe is my (or anyone's) intention to have the nails ruined after such a short period of time. Ridiculous service all around. Not to mention you get there at the salon and they take other people in front of you who are walk ins and you have an allocated time. Been in again today with my sister been coming for six years now. Always leave happy with the dedication the staff have the perfection they have and the service they deliver. You may have to wait a bit if your luckily enough to get in but well worth it love these guys and their hard work. Won't go anywhere else carry on the amazing work you do highly recommend their work. LOVE this place. I'm the type that does everything DIY to save money but I trust my nails to Vintage nails. I'm not sure why anyone would waste time complaining about $2 for an extra service but I personally prefer this place to any others in the area because of the great quality and unbeatable prices for their services. By far the worst place ever. Went on Thursday to get my lashes done by Monday the lashes on the left side was completely gone. So I called to let her know she said she will fix it. I explained to her that I can't make it today  so I will be there tomorrow.  Tuesday i wasn't able to go do to work. So Wednesday morning I called to come in. She said okay by then all the lashes are off. When I got there she was doing someone nails and didn't acknowledge that I was there. So that pushed a button.  She started speaking there language to her co worker and she asked what eye did the lashes come off. Which then I stated both as you can see. Once she realized she had to do another set that she would not get paid for. She went left stating" you said you were coming Tuesday and you didn't come  I don't know what wrong" Im not sure what and why Tuesday or Wednesday mattered the lashes didn't last a week. I didn't let her do them over because her attitude sucked and  if $40 have you upset. She don't need to be in business. I have always believed in encouraging neighborhood businesses and hence patronized the Vintage nail salon. I have always paid $10 for a French nail polish, and yesterday (almost a year and a half of being their customer) the lady asked me to pay $2 extra for the same service, stating that she had cut my toenails. I insisted that I had always paid $10 for the same service each time to the other lady who worked there (who was on leave the day this happened). She insisted that because she had cut my nails, I needed to pay the extra $2. This really made me very upset because the rates on the chart say $10 for a French. The next day I went back to talk to the other lady and she too insisted that she had never cut my nails and hence never charged the additional $2 previously. This annoyed me thoroughly as each time the lady asked me if I wanted my toenails cut round or square. I would have claws on my toes if she did not cut them each time I went there every month. I don't know their motive in charging the additional $2, but my fuss is regarding a matter or principle. If the chart says $10, then that's what I want to pay. I told them to write on the board that for cutting the toe nails they would charge $2. It sounds stupid, but I don't know why they insisted that they had never cut my toenails before. How can anyone ever do a pedicure or do the nails without cutting and filing them? I am a college professor, and the $2 extra charge is not the problem. I leave tips 5 times that. But I refuse to be cheated and exploited. Never going back; neither are my friends. Read Less
