So I walked into the nail salon and the little young lady never and I mean never acknowledged my presence. She was fumbling around in her purse at her nail station and didnt open her mouth. There were only two customers sitting at the pedi station and a technician was doing one pedicure and that lil young, disrespectful, very nasty attitude lady was about to work on the other customer. So I stood there and pretended to choose a color for my mani- pedi but yet again that lil thing never acknowledged me. After 3 minutes, I walked out. That was the most disrespectful experience of the day. I took my business and my money to Happy Nails on Airline Hwy where I was greeted immediately upon walking in the door. There are too many nail salons in the city of Kenner, Metairie and in N.O to be subjected to such utter disrespect. Dont these people realize that one unhappy potential customer mean several more to follow? I will do everything in my power to make sure none of my family or friends set foot in that place. This place deserve O stars. One star is too many.

I received a mani and pedi in about 25 minutes total time including drying time. One lady started immediately on my pedi while the other lady pounced on my mani. I felt like an octopus with one tell...
I received a mani and pedi in about 25 minutes total time including drying time. One lady started immediately on my pedi while the other lady pounced on my mani. I felt like an octopus with one telling me to where to place my feet with the other telling me what to do with my hands. There were no other customers ahead or during my visit there and the total experience was rushed. I didn't understand the rush and with it being my first time there, it really didn't sit well with me and I won't be returning. Too bad since it was a hop and a skip away. I left a tip (which I shouldn't have) and a note stating a similar sentiment. I'll have to travel a little further next time for quality.
