I was very, very excited to try beautiful nails in Ashford, after reading the good reviews they've got. I got gel nail polish and I actually liked the final result! But what wasn't my disappointment when after a week the nail polish started to come off!! It was supposed to last for at least 2/3 weeks! Never going back there again! Read Less

Love Anh and her crew. Highly professional, I've been going out of my way to come to them for my eyebrows and nails. Easy to book an appointment if you don't want to attempt a walk in. Great price and they really take the time to make sure that your nails are perfect.  And I always get compliments on my eyebrows now that I have someone that actually knows what she's doing. I love sitting in their massage chairs and getting a pedi here. The parking lot is a bit of a hassle but as soon as you walk into their salon, it becomes a tranquil place to relax and unwind. I don't write many reviews but I believe this place deserves one. I USED to come here every 2 weeks to get my nails done & I went in today, no one spoke a word which is normal for this place, the last few times I have gotten my nails done I thought maybe they had a bad day that my nails looked umm not so good & thought I give them another shot. My nails were crooked & to be told no no it's your finger, look. I thought this was a joke I heard, but no it's true, I was really told that. Today was my last time giving this place my business. I sat, again without anyone speaking a word for at lest 1/2 hour & then to be told by the owner that it's going to be awhile & sorry but do you want to come back, uhh no I think I'll take my business & my crooked fingers elsewhere.  Very unprofessional, if you knew it would be awhile, you could have easily said so when I walked in. This is my go to place when I need my eyebrows waxed or a manicure. It's a cute, cozy and clean salon. All the employees are always nice, welcoming and friendly. I really really wish I could post a picture of how bad my nails look. I am completely dissatisfied and disappointed. I went based on the reviews from Facebook. I went and didn't have to wait long and they were all very polite. It was a guy who did my nails and I'm guessing he isn't that experienced because my nails look horrid. There's bumps in my acrylic and my polish looks like I did it myself. I wasn't able to stay and get them properly fixed because I had to go to work. This was my first time getting my nails done after a while so I did a ton of research to find the right place to go to. My search continues! Read Less

Very friendly, excellent and meticulous service on manicure, pedicure, and eyebrow waxing! Very reasonable and gel nails don't look like fake nails with the typical polish build up! Fantastic! It is a smaller salon so you may have to wait for 15 minutes or so but it is worth it. Tired of going to impersonal spots that do a half-assed job. Read Less
