I really like this place. The prices are affordable, the staff is friendly, and their services are efficient. They're usually busy after work (around 5pm), but I've only had to wait about 10 minutes at the most. My only complaint is that the room where they do waxing could be cleaner. Went and got my nails done on Thursday and I couldn't be happier with the result! Such friendly staff who take the time to talk to you and do an excellent job! Unfortunately after leaving the salon I bumped one of my nails at work (completely my fault) and the polish was smudged, when I went back a day later they were more than happy to fix the nail for me at no cost! I don't normally write reviews but after a crappy morning I decided to use my voucher my sister got for my birthday (deluxe pedi) I was welcomed in and quickly taken to a extremely comfortable chair then asked if I would like a tea or coffee, my massage was amazing and they took the time to make me feel relaxed and not just rushed in and out! Today I came in for an emergency nail repair, I was so glad I could get in without an appointment. I love the colour but the shape is just not what I wanted as I wanted coffin. The ends are very slanted and the nail that got fixed is noticeably shorter even when it was cut to match the other side. Not sure what went wrong, I can accept it to be partly my fault as I had to go to work so couldn't look at the shape properly. I kept getting asked where I got my nails done prior by all three of the techs that kept swapping to do my nails and made derogatory remarks about the lady who usually does them who I'm always happy with. It was inferred that she wasn't up to the their standard and after my appointment I'd have to disagree.....All this for $70. Read Less
